Does Tony Levin use his signature model OLP? If it's not good enough for him, it's not good enough for me. For me that applies to all who have a signature instrument but don't actually play it.

Started off on classical guitar. I found the classical technique transfers better to Bass than electric guitar. I've been in bands where the guitarist couldn't play the stuff I wrote (which I never thought was that difficult).

Currently I'm between basses. I've just sold my last one, and will hopefully be picking up my new one sometime soon. In the meantime I'm bassless Am I still allowed here?

used one at rehearsal on Sunday. Was quite impressed, EQ gave me what I wanted and it was plenty loud enough competing with 2 guitars in an old school heavy metal band.
