This is a very light 3.2kg, short scale P bass with a trans black finish (wood grain visible) on the body, and maple neck and fretboard. Perfect condition.

    Well, my initial view of the Miezo is that it's excellent. A little heavier than I thought (but not heavy at all), but that's likely due to the Ash wood choice, I'm sure there are lighter options. The strap buttons are well placed and it sits nicely. The pickup sounds really good particularly with the gain up. I have a little bit of setup to look at, just a subtle buzz on the E string, but I was probably going to change the strings anyway. I think for the money it's a good option, remember there will be import duties to pay when bringing it in from Malaysia, but it was shipped DHL at no additional cost.

    The Miezo is here! I have literally just plugged it in and it has sustain for days. The Bartolini pickup sounds good, the action is low, great carry bag and the size means it's comfortable to play seated or standing. I'll have to try it out properly over the weekend.

    I should have said, the were some costs for the black finish, the ash body, maple fretboard and the dual coil, but it was all very reasonable. With these basses you can almost ask for anything, and I was quite restrained in comparison to others I have seen.

    Well it's back in the spray booth, Maurizio found a fingerprint before shipping it. So it was stripped down and resprayed. Should be en route in a week or so...

    Some progress made. The spec is changing to a dual coil pickup with coil tap switch to be added. (no single coil pickups available for 6 weeks)

    The MÜB Miezo is coming on, looks like it's just the final coat and assembly.

    I never play guitar, so it's time for this amazing guitar to go. Its a Fender (Mexican) Baja Telecaster that has been converted to an Esquire Tele, with custom hand wound pickups from the Creamery (https://www.creamery-pickups.co.uk). The wiring follows Mike Eldred's (Fender custom shop) own specifications, but there is the paired neck pickup, switches and pickguard if you want to return it to standard. In addition it comes with a hiscox hard case, to keep it safe, even though this guitar has never left the house. Postage/courier available at your cost.

    In the current setup it won't but I can still add it. I have been considering adding one, it will add to the versitility when travelling.

    I was too impatient to wait for a Mayones, so opted for the Miezo. But wait 6 months and it will be for sale here while I wait for a Mayones...stranger things have happened.
