Haven't sorry, since I got the RH750 I've only had the two10.
On a tour I did last year though, I played through a shared backline of an RH750 with a RS212 & RS210, that sounded pretty nice, but maybe not quite you're after..
I've got the RH750 and use it with a Barefaced two10. Suits me perfectly when I have to use backline (usually HELIX and in-ears).
Having said that, you also wont go far wrong with the MarkBass setup you mention. Bass Direct have a s/h LMtube500 at the moment...£399 with a flight case.

I'd love to come along to this, but it's the Mrs birthday the day after........I've a feeling any celebrations will be taking place over that weekend. SIGH!!
Perhaps I should start dropping some hints now.....
Yep - great pedal. Although unlike @Dood I sold mine (2 actually, running a stereo pedal board at the time) when I got a Helix. Like he says above, it's capable of so much more than just the default setting. But it's also a great unit if used simply in the default setting too..
If you want try one, Bass Direct have a s/h one in stock:

BEST: Squier Classic Vibe Precision. Had been on the lookout for one of these for a while and then this showed up 30 miles away from me. Had to pay pretty much top book for it but it was in A1 condition and I loved it straight away..
WORST: NONE - I've been very choosy this year..
Any pictures floating about?
EDIT - I've just seen the other thread about the American performer Mustang bass. I incorrectly thought that there was a new model Bass coming out called the Performer, DOH! Now I understand it's a new series of instruments that seem to be replacing the American specials...
This. The best solution for you is to get Two of the same 8ohm (or higher) cabs. Use a single cab for smaller gigs and both cabs for larger gigs.
I did an outdoor gig in the summer (with PA support obviously), used my TC RH750 and Barefaced two10 (12ohm) with no issues at all.
