I sometimes like to use my HD500 without any amp sims, just effects & looper! B

The Helix doesn't seem to have much for Bass for me -- It does not have the Octaver (EBS type) of the HD500 & long gone is the Bass Driver from the (Bass) POD XT. For the price I would want it all. I agree with previous poster Line6 seem to think Bass is secondary! Brendan Edited to add type of effects I would like B

Any opinions (anyone tried both?) on Sadowsky Metro vs Xotic J type Bass's? Both built in Japan and similar price -- But which is best??? I might get to try a Sadowsky Will Lee (Metro) this week. Would have to travel to try an Xotic. Any thoughts or recommendations??? Thanks Brendan
