7.
That is a GREAT clip ... thanks very much. Really good to see DD in non-laid-back mode. He looks like he's had maybe one coffee too many. Some awesome facial hair in the audience too.
And some excellent smoking
 8.
That is a bummer! Is there no chatter in your vicinity that could help out? Posting an empty box form Edinburgh would cost a bit!! Lol.
Sorted for a box now. Bought a boxed bike for my son's birthday so everyone's a winner. Now £200 plus P&P.
 9.
Do what I do... go into a local music shop and ask if they have a spare shipping box. My local is quite good and are only too willing to oblige due to the fact that it means they don't have to break it down and put out to trash.
The thing is, this is exactly what I have done but it hasn't worked out yet. They've had one spare box in the last six weeks, unfortunately it got chucked out because I couldn't make it in on the right Saturday. Not always as easy as it looks.
 10. Looking after poorly son today, so random day off bump
 11. Maybe time to consider trades? I'm really only after a German Warwick Std Streamer though
 12. The stand out one for me is the Beedster built 70s Telecaster - I really, really regret that one. I still yearn for both the Precision and Alembic I bought off Clarky...one day I'll have both back in stock
 13.
Lush orangy bump, fantastic basses regardless of cost
Why thank you. New site fumbling around sorta bump

 18.
Would you be prepared to ship to the West Midlands?
Yes, but you might need to hang on until I can sort out something suitable to ship it in
 19. SOLD Yamaha BB414 in Metallic Orange finish for sale for £200 inc P&P.
 20.
Please feel free to ask questions !
OK, which one's the easiest? I'd like to have a crack at one over the weekend. I'd also like to echo what everyone else has said, immense thanks for everything you do on here.
 21.
I guess there's just not that many people willing to pay the "correct" prices for the higher end Warwicks these days. I guess instead of selling them we should all just buy another while they're still cheap!
Rest assured the mere fact that I'm considering buying one should see second-hand prices double while I'm trying to get the cash together. Thanks again for all the info.
 22.
I'll sell you a minty 2001 Streamer Stage I for £900
Well, having had a quick look around I think it would have to be a Streamer as I'm not that keen on the other body shapes. Would be looking at sub £500 though and I haven't really got the cash at the moment (always happy to receive cheeky offers). As always thanks for all the comments - if I could find a Streamer Standard like the one I played today for £200 I'd be very happy.
 23.
i have the same problem. I find it almost impossible to play just off the beat, and keep time.
I pretend to headbutt the guitarist on the onbeat and then play on the off beat - works a treat. Interestingly (or not) if I start playing more notes the drummer speeds up often to the point where it's impossible to keep up - this only happens on the skanky numbers. Not really the sort of answer you were looking for Chris I'm sure, my only other nugget of limited wisdom is to shout out the root on the onbeat (if you haven't got a handy guitarist to air butt that is)
 24. I'd never played a Warwick until this afternoon when a brief family excursion for tea and cake managed to take in this Warwick I liked it so much I almost had it off them there and then. However I'm by nature a cautious soul so erred on the side of research instead as I find the Warwick world much confusing. First off I'd have to say that this felt and looked like £500 worth of bass guitar but is there better value in the Warwick market at this sort of price? Any advice welcome at the moment
 25. Hello there, spent a good deal of yesterday pootling through the New Forest - damn fine day out. Enjoy the forum
