Ben is now a member of Le Club Privé Leduc. 😉
A pleasure to deal with, excellent communication, ultra fast payment and Ben is a true gentleman.
Enjoy your Leduc Masterpiece MP 524, Ben.
I use this, plenty of power, 9, 12 and 18/24 Volts output, comes with all the leads needed (inverted and non inverted) : https://www.thomann.de/gb/kse_falken_1.htm
It's not cheap, but it's a big power bank with a very small footprint, also rechargeable that lasts for days...
Here it is.
@MuddBass : your loose grey wire (beware, there's a second one) is the ground, check the wiring schematic below.
@warwickhunt : Follow the wires on the schematic below to find where it's going as you have a version with all grey wires.
I even translated in English back in the day.
And here in PDF too for better resolution : BC3P_Anleitung-1.pdf
Laibach were very offensive, for those not understanding them, in the early days.
GG Allin was also very offensive.
Funny, but nobody mentioned the Sex Pistols...
Have you checked the Kubicki Ex Factor ? It ticks a lot of your choices.
There is one for sale in France at the moment :

Maybe worth asking Markus HOPPE at AER.
He's a very nice guy, sometimes a bit slow on answering, but he will.
It's a general email address, but adding a note for Markus will make the email reach him.
[email protected]
He is the service manager and is also taking care of my (now) AER stuff. 😉
The lightest (and excellent sounding) you'll find is definitely the GR Bass AeroTech cabinets (carbon) and their One or Dual heads.
Bass Direct is selling them in the U.K.

Made to measure instruments are expensive, so yes your price estimation is correct.
Check this then : https://public-peace.de/configurator/frog-headless/type
This will be the cheapest you can find for a custom made instrument.
As you live in Berlin, go by the Dobbratz brothers owning Le Fay, they will make what you're looking for.
Check their RHT (Right Hand Tuning) system for a headless approach, but with a headstock without tuners...
They also make real headless basses.
That said, the locking jack is a very bad idea as it's a real pain in the *ss for many reasons.
A Status King Bass looks like another great option for you too.
I don't think you can find any better than the Mono Bag M80.
It's pricey, but hey it's Wal going inside and I put my even more expensive Le Fay Remington Steele 6 RHT CC CAP Big Block in one of those without any fear.
But first check this and you'll understand why it's the best protective gig bag to date : https://monocreators.com/
