  1. Post it in the "Wanted" section of the BassChat marketplace.
  2. @Duarte : Did you download the wiring bible I talked about a bit earlier ? The Fodera Anthony Jackson has only an output jack (XLR on the new version), nothing else between it and the pickup. I had an excellent Langowski copy and always loved this simplicity. Should you be worried about problems linked to this straight signal, put a volume pedal in your path...
  3. Check this bass wiring bible for ideas. It's in German, but the drawings are in any language you want. 😉 http://www.ak-line.com/medium/Bassschaltungen.pdf
  4. That ramp on the Flea Bass looks really cool. I like it ! 👍
  5. It's the price for a single 0.065 string. 😉
  6. If you open the lid where the battery is, there's a sticker with "Products of Roland JAPAN" printed and serial number stamped. Could you please post a photo of this ? It looks like this :
  7. Certainly not for the intonation, but please stop cross reading as I wrote that it will help for playing fretless. Nothing else. 😉
  8. With mandolin frets, you'll need to play it like a fretless, with your finger almost on the fret. It's an habit to get and it helps a lot working your intonation and memory muscle for playing ... fretless.
  9. I had a Flea Bass and it's a fantastic bass for the money. Thankfully I'm a fretless player, so these don't come that often... That said I bought an original FRETTED 1991 Ibanez AFR A304 that should be here today.
  10. Here's the real power of this monster tested by a tech on TB : "Using a 1 Khz signal in, and a maximum of 2% distortion here's the results: 2 Ohm operation with only 1 channel = 930 WRMS 4 Ohm operation both sides at the same time = 625 WRMS per ch. 4 Ohm bridged = 1500 WRMS" I had one, damn heavy and powerful. GLWYS.
  11. And today I bought the little version of this : Which is this : https://www.stars-music.com/boxking-pb4813-powered-rechargeable-pedalboard-bag_164336.html Not really irrational gas as I've been looking for such a small powered rechargeable pedalboard, with a 12V/1A output, for a while.
  12. I've bought 2 basses, when I already have too many, but in my defense, these basses are almost in new condition and were built in 1991. And I've always loved these basses, one is an original Ibanez AFR A104F and the other an A304 with their original cases. Terrific basses, that said, but I knew it as I had 3 or 4 over the years. I was also looking for a MarkBass K1 combo. I bought a Glockenklang Bass Art preamp and also a Lyngdorf DPA-1 hi-fi preamp. No gigs nor rehearsal to come, but the funny thing is that we agreed to start again our jazzy duet with a fellow guitarist the week they decided the lockdown.
  13. Abracadabra : MORE INFO SOON Squier Affinity MORE Info Soon Bronco Bass in Torino Red. Condition is Used. Dispatched with Other Courier (3 to 5 days).
  14. This bass already have lightweight tuners.. I wouldn't put a set of Hipshot on a bass at this price tag as the official ones would be more than a fourth of the bass price itself !!! Instead try to find where the rattling comes from and put a drop of super glue on the loose part which probably is the ear of the tuning peg itself.
  15. No maple fingerboard, no unlined fretless, no fiver, no sixer, no 8 strings octave bass, no double bass, no EUB, no real ERB (more than 6 strings), no Zon Hyperbass, no 8x10, no heavy all tubes head, ... and so much spare room. C'mon ! 🤣
