  1. Soon, only £4.000.000 GBP. Hurry up.
  2. Reverse polarity on one of the split coil by simply inverting the two wires. It sounds like they are out of phase.
  3. Bought an Audere JZ3 Pro from Chris. Great communication all along, fast shipping, item as described and fully working. By the way, it's a great 4 bands preamp. 😉 Chris a highly recommended seller. Bye bye 'til the next time.
  4. Nice one, Marc. For those who didn't notice it : the awfull Mighty Mike pickup has been changed for an excellent radiused Bartolini. 👍 Have a free bump on me.
  5. This is pure Chinese usual crap, so no Di Marzio inside, but Di Pshit instead...
  6. No need to count, the starting date is written just below the ad's title. Quite strange, it didn't sale, that said.
  7. This must be the oldest "for sale" ad on BassChat. Wow, 5 years : congratulations sort of bump. 😉
  8. To me the most beautiful bass ever, had a few of them. Just too bad, it's not a fretless one, otherwise I would have bought it immediately. And I had the pleasure to deal with the late Rolf Spuler who was a very nice guy and a true genius.
  9. I've owned around 300 basses over the last 30 years, here is a non exhaustive list made last year : https://www.basschat.co.uk/topic/329699-bldy-gas/?do=findComment&comment=3585197 In the last 12 months, I've been a very compulsive buyer/seller/trader and urm, urm, around 100 basses have come in and out. It's been a crazy year, I must admit, but being a BC active member doesn't help... Now, I try to have not more than 11 basses at home. I mainly play 6 strings fretless basses and almost only luthier or custom models. I'm also a Leduc basses fan as some of you know. I don't think it's a kind of illness at all, but more the will to try as many different basses as I want. I'm buying, selling and trading high end basses and I must say that even if it's a niche market, I've never lost money, on the contrary.
  10. Had a fiver Ken Lawrence, certainly the best fiver fretted bass I've ever owned. Flavius is a great guy to deal with. GLWYS.
  11. Hi Giovanni. Let's talk in PM. I'm on the opposite side, near Luxembourg, but driving to Brussels would would be like looping the loop as I met Russ there to get this Aries.
  12. After looking for another wide strap like the SlapStrap by Gerald Reese, my wife offered me this one : It's the perfect match for my yellow Leduc MP628SF and it's as comfortable as the Slapstrap without being stupidly black (and out of stock for years). There are also vegan models and Motörhead signature straps !!! Here is the link to mine : https://www.richterstraps.com/screen/product/guitar-strap-1336 I also got the Loxx strap lock system which is simply the best one to date (no metal noise when moving the strap and only needing one hand to be put on/off the bass when attached to the strap, of course) and very cleverly thought : https://www.richterstraps.com/screen/product/loxx-1429 Now I've got this Loxx system on the Slapstrap too and the end pins on my 3 main basses. The Loxx system is also available with the double anchoring system for those who always forget the strap at home when gigging or rehearsing. Look here for what they are proposing : https://www.loxx-products.com/live/musical-instruments-guitar-strap-strap-locks/music.aspx PS : I'm not affiliated at all to any of the above mentioned brands.
  13. For this stupid too high price tag, you can have a whole working bass with two of the even rarer 🤔 machine heads of the first generation : https://www.zikinf.com/annonces/annonce-1714486 C'mon, that's just an insane price for a piece of metal.
  14. Yes, Russ, this is the one that started all our countless deals... But before being yours, it was belonging to @gioby1 the original owner.

Non-smoking environment, as usual. The Šabić brothers, at the origin of the brand, are, for one, classical luthier and, for the other, electronics engineer. They manufacture instruments of excellent craftsmanship and with handpicked electronic components. Unfortunately, they stopped the production of their always unique and hand-made instruments to work for a brand-name Custom Shop three years ago ... This is, therefore, a unique instrument made to measure for an Italian bassist and I am the third owner. It is an ultra-versatile and super rare bass. The new price in 2009 was around 4.500 Euros… The bass has been fully set up professionally. It has two new batteries and has been fitted with a brand new set of LaBella Super Steps SS45CB strings (29 - 45 - 65 - 85 - 105 - 128). Link to all the high resolution photos and the below sound clip : https://drive.google.com/open?id=1eich-IrjiKGxx3wAHupJPHlKSj_bNxjh Link to a video made by my friend Vincent : Here, a sound clip recorded with this very bass, except for the fretless intro and outro, by the same Vincent : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jezFSCAl3S_3Yl_dNcurxnARbRvVeAZ5/view What you see is what you get ! Look at the pictures taken under different lights to see the real condition : some few marks, especially close to the bottom strap pin and the usual light scratches, but nothing serious at all. Don't hesitate to ask for more.
  16. 4 or 5 five strings, Chris ?
  17. Used to be mine (of course, would some say). A, now, very rare bass as only 20 were made as 6 strings basses... GLWYS.
  18. Urm, do you know the meaning of kosher ? Is there any meat in your package and remember you are willing to send to Germany... I would be very careful using such an allegation. In the UK, almost no courier will insure a musical instrument for more than £100 GBP, EuroSender does up to 2000 Euros (it's a logistics company now based in Luxembourg, hence the Euros) and I've been using them a lot for instruments up to that value. Otherwise use UPS or Fedex and pay the full expensive fee, but read carefully the small print... A last recommendation : if you are the seller, always arrange yourself the shipping fully insured and trackable. Also remember that, by eBay, the buyer has to pay for the whole shipping fee including insurance and tracking number. Don't do so, then the eBay cover is void: it's as simple as that.
