  1. It's Hiromi. Look here, Hugues is selling one of the previous generation (normal size body thickness), the Presentation II is similar to the one of Auslander : Watch this if you want to see Anthony Jackson playing that new Presentation II. Flashback is one of my favourite track :
  2. Just like my Status Electro II 6 Jonas Hellborg model from November 2001 in pristine condition : The low B here is very well defined with the Thomastik JR (nickel roundwound) fitted for the moment. I'll put some Fodera stainless steel roundwounds later (medium scale as it's a 82 cm scale, Jonas Hellborg being Swedish, the scale is in metric measure which gives 32 9/32 inches scale in imperial measure).
  3. EuroSender will take parcels (at the place of your choice) up to 40 kilos to Europe and up to 30 kilos inside UK with real insurance up to 2.000 Euros ! And they can even take your pallet if it's heavier. A link : https://www.eurosender.com/?mod=store&action=cart&on=1&to_id=223&from_id=223&packages=1&pallets=0&lang=en That said 13 kilos is not heavy at all. What about shipping an Ampeg SVT stack rated at 120 kilos...
  4. Correct, but it's better to use heat-shrinkable sleeve than insulation tape to avoid shortcuts.
  5. 9 basses including 5 fretlesses is enough ... for the moment.
  6. Repeat mode engaged now. My wife loves the album too. It reminds her of Michael Brooks' Live at the Aquarium.
  7. Listened to your album twice, really love it all. Too bad it's only 31 minutes long. Is another one on the go ?
  8. I'm starting the listening right now. Had to put it on CD first to listen to it on my hi-fi system.
  9. Hurry up : https://www.bassic.de/kleinanzeigen/warwick-jh-sp-25-jonas-hellborg.13939/
  10. Like your playing a lot too. Sounds à la Michael Manring, just the way I like fretless. And just bought your album too. Will be listening to it tomorrow. Very nice bass too.
  11. This could be fun, but the selling price won't be, for sure...
  12. Unfortunately, the price can't be modified in the title of first post, the rest yes, but not the price. Belle basse, cela dit. Bonne vente ou échange.
  13. Then simply find the other end and solder it back to eyelet. Removing one or a few more turns will absolutely not change the sound. A picture could help.
  14. Yes, he is right, but only one is in Europe (Spain) and is sold by a store. But the regular price for a new one elsewhere is £3500 GBP.
  15. They are indeed : there must be a reason for owning 4 of them at the moment and having owned over 20 over the 3 last decades.
  16. East is good choice, especially the SPM02 which to me is his best preamp, but out of stock for the moment. And don't forget the Aguilar OBP-3 which can bring life to the Noiseless pickups. Delano, Noll and Richter should be considered too, but you'll need a soldering iron just like for any Aguilar... Forget the Pope Flexcore with these pickups as it's the most transparent preamp to date. Same for the Glockenklang. Here is a J-Retro 01 at a good price as it's new :
  17. Put on the red light, it's not the right model !
  18. Funny as I also use Allen wrenches for the strings height : it's so much easier than trying to read a ruler with (our) old eyes.
  19. Are you sure that this is the correct diagnostic because if the lead is cut or broken, the sound will have gone too ?
  20. And always retune the whole bass in playing position after each (slight) adjustment.
