  1. It's here: https://www.basschat.co.uk/forum/22-items-wanted/
  2. In the "Items wanted" section, but I'm afraid you won't have access to it as you're a newbie and don't have a subscription...
  3. Funnily enough, if you pronounce Jamiroquai the French way, it means Snarling Jami...
  4. Guy bought my Sadowsky MetroExpress Hybrid 4 fretless. What can I say except that all went fast and easy. A super smooth transaction. Cheers mate 🍻
  5. Thanks to Modulus and Lane Poor...
  6. Much ado about nothing...
  7. I do it every time to simply inform the other potential buyers that the item is sold. I also do it when the item is on hold and then state it as sold. It's simply being courteous and communicative in a world where it seems to have totally vanished. I must have done it hundreds of times now.
  8. It took me a while to gather them, but I found the last one in September in Germany... Note the big difference in colour (pedal and box) between the 1982 model and the others. The other differences are: - Imperial nuts (external, I didn't check the thread) for the 1982, - Solid shaft pots with locking screw knobs for the 1982 and 1983, - Split shaft pot with push-on knobs for the 1984 and 1985, - Nylon washer for the footswitch lid screws for the 1984 and 1985, - No adaptor indication label near the socket for the 1982 and 1983, - A yellowish mica type of plastic with a bit of foam (2x3 cm approximately) between the circuit and the back cover for the 1982 and 1983, - A transparent plastic type corrugated sheet between the circuit and the back cover for the 1984 and 1985, - The "r" at the end of the name for the 1982 and 1983. The rest is identical, especially the circuit board and the tone seems more reliable on the 1982, less bubbling and less idiosyncratic with a slightly better tracking. All pedals tested with the same new battery brand, same cables, same bass, same ears and same player. I will try to find other differences should there be some.

    My tribute to Tony Levin...
  10. Oops, mine is in the 3.000's, so won't be before the end of the year.
  11. What's your serial number @Jonesy123, just to get a delivery approximation for mine?
  12. Nice kit. Waiting for mine...
  13. Calling @binky_bass !
  14. Congratulations for that Zon and also for the Sei with a Lane Poor. 👍
  15. Buy this power bank and keep your excellent EBS Stanley Clarke preamp. I use it to power my simple pedalboard (Boss OC-5 + FKT Audio The Fretless) as it has two 9 Volts outputs and lasts many many many hours. https://www.thomann.co.uk/harley_benton_powerplant_powerbank.htm
  16. Remember that Behringer's Watts are ... optimistic. It's in fact a 40 to 50 Watts...
  17. ......because they are unable to do their job or simply deaf. (Finished for you)
  18. Yep, the pickups and their configuration alongside the built quality of the Roscoe Beck models (V and the rarer IV): these were true innovations for Fender.
  19. To complement that, watch this till the end, you'll understand what a player he is and it's on a bass he just plugged in without knowing it...
