And another perfect deal with Russ as I got my AJ6 clone back. Smooth transaction as ever.

And some screws and foam for the pickups. The Reflex were an alternative to the EMG at the time. Hope for you that they still work...

Recommendations for a lightweight combo for function work?
Hellzero replied to DanEly's topic in Amps and Cabs
The best lightweight combo you'll ever find is an AER Bottom line series and especially the Amp One, but it's not cheap at all even if it's worth the money. They sometimes show for sale on the secondhand market... -
Polish Defil. Would be challenging to play a song in a way so this bass stays in tune. Czechoslovakian Jolana's from that era were much better. That doesnt mean that they were good either :-)
That's the best answer I've read. Stop thinking that they did it better in the old days especially ... anywhere in the world. :-))

Finally, an affordable "double bass"

weird but far from wonderful

Mongoloid, he was a mongoloid, happier than you and me, and he wore a hat... -
Picasso? Bauhaus? That's pure Piet Mondrian ...
It's not sufficiently precise and methodical to be Piet Mondrian, it's between Victor Vasarelly and Paul Klee, so definitely Bauhaus especially the fact that the object has a form dictated by its function, so it can be integrated in its environment as an object for use that meets art by the function. So pure Bauhaus and doctor Caligari is crazy, not Francis.
-
I also think he knows nothing about Picasso as it's more Bauhaus minded, but I quite like it too... Fortunately for me, it's missing one string. ;-)

Not at all, it's called greed.

Bought an F-Bass AC6 fretless from Hugues. We met somewhere half way and did the transaction. The bass is in almost new condition and exactly as described. Hugues is a true gentleman, easy to deal with and knows a lot about F-Basses. It was a pleasure to meet him in person and talk a bit. You can buy, sell or trade with Hugues in total confindence. À la prochaine, Hugues. ;-)

These delta metal fingerboard from Vigier are trully amazing basses, but the pickups are totally passive Benedetti's (THE French pickup maker). I had 3 of them in the 3 different makes, just great basses, nothing is wrong and they have plenty of mwah. Too bad they only make them in 4 strings ! Have a free bump on me.

Just made a partial trade with Gary : my AER Amp One + some cash for his wonderful looking and sounding Nexus Gom Jabbar Magellan 6 strings fretless. Very well packed, really as described, ultra fast shipping and lots of communication. Gary is a great guy to deal with and you can do it in total confindence, there won't be any problem. Cheers man and enjoy the AER Amp One as much as I'm enjoying this terrific Nexus Gom Jabbar Magellan 6 strings fretless.
