  1. Anything by Uzeb or EST, but these are bands where the bass (Alain Caron) or double bass (Dan Berglund) is totally integrated in the composition process. And those extraordinary albums : Adfa by Jonas Hellborg, Bass Time by Offground Tag, Bestial Cluster by Mick Karn, Discipline by King Crimson, East West by Bill Frisell, Hejira by Joni Mitchell, Rebirth by Aka Moon, Space Ritual by Hawkwind, Trio in Tokyo by Michel Petrucciani, Upper Extremities by Bruford Levin, Voice by Hiromi, We get Requests by The Oscar Peterson Trio. And a lot more...
  2. Nice lefty intonation. 🤣
  3. The hard case was extra too. In fact, everything was extra, except the strings.
  4. Shouldn't say it here, but I'm a huge jazz fan. What you don't want to listen to or haven't, I surely have, so you can tell it to the teachers you don't need to do it. Glad to see you back.
  5. It was Arbiter that did the respray job at the time as they were the Fender importer.
  6. Here's what you can read in the Guardian article : "She told the court that the listing was removed after one day."
  7. So a happy ending for something that should not even have surfaced, but a happy ending only due to the bad publicity created by this nonsense greedy operation. The sentence “feel free to file a lawsuit if you insist on the demands” doesn't mean you have to, except if you are very susceptible, which seems to be the case for EC's lawyers as the case was closed after the withdrawal of the aforementioned bootleg CD. So they didn't need to insist by sending another letter threatening the lady in question as she already did what was asked. I would have done the exact same thing in this exact same situation, except that I don't own any illegal records or films, because I'm a person who think the copyright is really important.
  8. Ritter is recessed like Leduc has been making for decades. 😉
  9. I don't agree with you, this is exactly what is called sectarianism and it's very dangerous as these people are true fanatics able to burn down houses and kill people because of their belief. Middle Ages are supposed to have gone away a long time ago.
  10. Indeed, the output jack location is ... strange.
  11. Nope, it's simply useless and adding unnecessary noise to the overall signal chain. All you need is a gain control and a master volume with the EQ just after the gain and the effect loop just before the master volume, or none of those for a purer signal.
  12. Don't wait for an Indonesian one, buy a Chinese one, it's even cheaper.
  13. Very nice projects. I'm following.
  14. Here's Thomann reference for bass tuners : https://www.thomann.de/gb/goeldo_distance_ring_wksrb.htm
  15. I always read everything. This is exactly where a master volume is placed and you already have one... This trick is used on amps without a master volume to be able to use them at manageable volumes. On old tubes (valves) amps, it is very usual to add this master volume for this exact purpose. Don't forget that if it's badly made, you'll get a lot more noise too. And I would add that the Orange Bass Terror is badly designed if the master volume is useless at low to very low volume as it's really what it's intended for.
  16. This is called a master volume...
  17. I hope you have a week or two to listen to all these useless sounds the Source Audio C4 can do. Want an octaver ? Boss OC-5. Period.
