    I think I'd find it difficult. I mean, I write all the music, play it, sing it, record it and mix it. I'd have a hard time finding someone to do all that for myself but, hey, if I want myself out of my band, that's the way it goes, I suppose, and I'd just have to move on and find something else. Granted, I'm not into doing the social media stuff but I was clear to myself it wasn't something I was going to do right from the start. Even so, I'd be really peeessed off, though 🤔

    Despite being a fan of active setups, generally, I almost always play my L2K passive. Active mode is ridiculoulsy hot. It is many things, but weak in passive mode is not one of them.

    I get a kick out of great songs with the right bassline. That can be Cliff Williams or it can be Tony Choy or anywhere inbetween. They're very different disciplines on the same instrument but neither is superior to the other when they fit the music so well. I dig the rhythm section part of bass playing so when that all locks in I'm happy, it's all good no matter how simple or complex it is.

    I'm not sure Vigier ever used CTS pots, I'd also have expected something circuit board based, as you say. Still, that's a clean installation if it is a replacement.
