2.
Totally agree. You may sound like you playing whatever bass, but the basses will all sound like whatever they are.
yeah had rehersals last night took my full trace stack, 5 string warwick dolphin, 4 string usa jazz bass plus :-( this bass just sounded naff next to my warwick. so gonna learn the funk set for sunday on my 5 warwick and contemplate selling/adding set of jazz bartolinis to my jazz.!
 3. thought id post this picture of my bubinga thumb to shoew you the grain. ziggy.
 4. got to disagree with first post, this forum is the nuts i put all my 3 basses up for sale had a little interest but nothing for sure , and also i am attached to them sad i know so its difficult to do deals. the feedback on this forum is second to none . people change their mind but this forum is the MOST fairest way to do buisness. example no 1= there is a bass on ebay for £1200 i checked the guys feed back and he bought it a few months ago for £875 ok so people make money on stuff but here i could probabaly get the bass for what he paid for it. example no 2= reserve not met etc, this is a bit of a con compared to this site as here people when they sell basss are also asking what peolpe think is a fait price at the same time, and people give back what they think is fair, we all knoiw what basses are worth but maybe im sad in saying that basses and their owners seem to be a bit more attahed. so mate go somewhere else and get what you want. wicked site!!!!!

 12. hi everyone, im thinking of getting a decent backing machine, i used to have lessons and my teacher had a thingy that he put a floppy disk into and out came backing tracks. i was thinking of getting a yamah qy70 or 100 so i can programme some chords and groove and jam over ther top. any ideas or suggestions to any other devices out there that are portable and would work. or any ideas apart from live playing to help me with modes etc and jammimg. kindest regards ziggy.
 13.
more pics
was told the dolphin list price was 2100 had it recently set up by the gallery. (which makes sense as asked the gallery about putting a peizo on my thumb and was told 500 to 600 quid, and the nut is extra as the geezer specified this old type. Thumb i thinks worth about 1500(the bartolinis are awesome)only two band though Seen a jazz bass plus on ebay for 825 the serial number on mine is just under 00150 think this was an early one because of the flamed neck i had the gallery set this bass up and the hipshot detuner, they said this jazz needs a re-fret in around 6 months time. so have a think and let me know obviously it will be hatrd for me to let one go as i love em!!!! ahh said (good job my missus dont know my password!!!)
