  1. By the way, custom neckplate will not be included.
  2. * please read full description, works as is but definitely would benefit from work * Soooo this has been sitting under my bed for bloody ages (maybe a couple of years) and could do with Finally getting rid of it as I'm moving home within the next few months. The good I belive the neck, body and precision pickup are original. It plays great and was my favourite bass for the longest time and used it on all recordings, gigs and most practices. When wired in, the jazz pickup is really powerful. it's a Wizard '84 apparently (i seem to remember the chap telling me when i bought it years ago). I got an upgraded bridge and it never sounded better. The bad. Its old and been used pretty regularly, there’s all the usual stuff you'd expect with that. Its been worn in and has its share of wear and scratches. When i got the bass it had been finished in black nitro but over the years it wasn't looking too hot so i stripped it and stained the wood. I love the way it looks now but a)you might not and b)it's freaky far from a professional job. Also, I'm terrible at soldering and buggered the whole thing up, resulting in me ending up wiring the precision pickup directly to the output so none of the controls or the jazz pickup work. Also i cut the copper wire that connects the jazz pickup to the wiring.i don't know how to fix it. I'm looking for £SOLD delivered mainland UK (extra for Highlands), payment via paypal.
  3. Redwitch Zeus is perfect for this, as is the Mastotron but i always struggled to get the zvex to balance in a mix. Dan, i actually LOVE the gate on the TAFM and almost always use it, but its not a strong gate like on the Zeus and zvex
  4. Bump for price job
  5. Hey, it's not specifically a guitar pedal, there's no loss of lows and the compression can be really subtle it seems, it doesn't do that "pumping" sort of thing but yes on high settings it should limit in the way you ask
  6. Pm'd

  8. Sorry to derail, but regarding Prymaxe: would i have to ask them to "fix it" so i don't get charged import? Thinking about getting some stuff, funnily enough a Bearfoot Blue Berry after this thread, am i best picking a specific shipping option?
  9. Thanks Lee, the chrome is amazing and super shiny.
  10. It's really similar, and i had that too but the Slash is more versatile with internal trim pots for the gain and Tone of the Octave up fuzz and in parallel mode the normal fuzz circuit doesn't function and Volume control turns into a clean volume control. theres so much you can do with this.
  11. Pm incoming!!
  12. Sold pending payment
  13. Been using this for a little while and although the tracking isn't the greatest, there are legitimately excellent synth tones in here. Add an expression pedal and it becomes a whole new beast. Really cool. I'm not using synth tones in either of the bands im in, so selling off alot of gear. Check out my other listings. Heres a description : Boss SYB5 Bass Synth Stompbox Today, the next-generation bass-synth pedal has arrived the SYB-5. Utilizing the latest in DSP technology, the SYB-5 faithfully reproduces the fat and sharp sound characteristics of classic analogue synthesizers. Enhanced Sound With the Latest DSP All of the 11 internal synth sounds have been markedly refined and enhanced to produce a fatter, more cutting sound than ever. The sounds are built on variations of three oscillator Waves (Saw, Square, Pulse) and filters that modulate according to the envelope and LFO changes you apply. You won t believe how much synth-bass beef can come from such a small pedal. Enhanced Playability Via External Control An external pedal input jack has been added to the SYB-5 for connecting an EV-5 Expression Pedal (sold separately), which allows you to control filter cutoff and LFO rate in real time with your foot. In Modes 1-9 you can use the SYB-5 s onboard pedal to hold a note while playing a bass phrase over it. Time for a bass solo? You bet! 14. Hello all, i bought this a new couple of months ago but not really getting much use. Its both a great gated fuzz (or just regular bass fuzz, doesn't have to be gated) and a massive sounding analog octave down. You can get some really dirty synthesizer-like tones with it. None of my bands call for it at the moment. Heres a stock description : Behold! The Red Witch Zeus! Greek God of Sky, Thunder, Bass Fuzz and Suboctave! Featuring two pedals in one, the Zeus offers the player a silicon fuzz (comprising key features of the much loved Fuzz God II) as well as a beautiful analog suboctave. Use either effect independently or simultaneously – they each have their own true bypass stomp switch. Dial as little or as much of each effect in with the two mix controls. Capable of generating anything from a distant rumble to an all out subterranean cataclysm, the Fuzz section works beautifully with or without the analog suboctave – which, as a result of being analog rather than digital, has a fantastic, tactile springyness with extremely good tracking. Imagine Geezer Butler rampaging through the jungle, barebacked on a huge elephant, crushing hapless pygmies willy nilly. Yes. All that. And a whole lot more. We can't stress enough – the Red Witch new range of bass pedals are specifically designed for bass players – so no low end roll off plus..... you are able to blend the effected sound with your unadulterated dry sound. Can we have another "C" for more Clarity and another "B" for more Balls!!! 15. I bought this new a couple of months ago to replace my mutron, which this does really well but I'm not using these types of filters at all at the moment. Still got the box and instructions. As well as funky wah sounds, you can also set it up for dirty dub sounds. Online description: Maxon has married the coolest aspects of auto-wah and swept filter effects in this modern addition to their respected 9 Series. Opto-coupler circuitry produces the shimmering, watery filtering effects of vintage units. Threshold and peak sliders control the degree of effect while range and drive switches determine the range and direction of filter sweeps. 3 selectable filter types--Lo Pass, Band Pass, and Hi Pass--plus a frequency range of 100Hz-4kHz produce staggering effects with virtually any instrument or input signal.
