Yes , it is the same and I can't hear any 9/8 bars.
Maybe some are getting confused with the 8th note (quaver) anticipations going on during the eight bar intro (before the two bars).
Although a bit pricey, Strezov Sampling release some of the best sample libraries out there.
However, from time to time they release some freebies. And as usual with their libraries, they are excellent.
The link below has the freebies up for grabs. The top line of Libs displayed will run in the Kontakt free players. The bottom line needs the full version of Kontakt.

If anyone is after a free Convolution Reverb - This offering from 'Wave Arts' is excellent. It comes with a very good selection of IR'S.

A great track. The bar of 5/4 that comes at the end of the chorus/B section always makes me smile....
The Bass groove is also pretty 'on it'. It was played by a Bassist called Basil Fearrington (a busy session player back in the day).
If you have twenty minutes to spare, have a watch of this interview with him. He has some interesting little anecdotes regarding his career:

A great theatre, but one specific memory of the place sticks out for me. During the get in for the JC Superstar soundcheck, 9/11 was just breaking on the news...
From what I remember, it goes something like this:
1.2.3. You put your left arm in
Your left arm out
In, out, in, out
You shake it all about
You do the hokey cokey
And you turn around
That's what it's all about
Woah-oh, the hokey cokey
Woah-oh, the hokey cokey
Woah-oh, the hokey cokey
Knees bent, arms stretched
Ra, ra, ra
I was just about to suggest that. In my full version of Kontakt 7, there are some decent Organ patches in the supplied library. You can use a sustain pedal as well.
The Komplete Kontrol freebie library has some selected patches from the full library, and like you say, The Jazz Organ is one of them:
