  2. NOW WITHDRAWN. It is with great regret that i have to list my 5string precision for sale. Bought new in 2019 for £1750 from guitar guitar. Its a stunning example of a Fender American Professional Precision Bass V, with rosewood Fingerboard in Olympic White. Comes with 3 brand new additional pickguards as pictured. Condition is as new. its only been out the case a handfull of times. Strung with la-bella deep talkin flats that were taken off an older bass so arent quite as new. Original fender knobs replaced with Sadowsky ones. (originals included!) Comes in the original "tank-like" case with case candy, tools, tags etc. The neck has a lovelly matte feel to it. 1300 ono £1200 ono £1050 ono Open to sensible offers. Buyer to arrange courier collection, no trades sorry
  3. I love the mk1 shape. Still can't get on board with the mk2.
  4. Time to clear the room. This thread is about to go to page number 2.
  5. Toilet jokes arent really my favourite. Solid number 2 though.
  6. You guys are on a roll! This is without doubt one of the worlds finest instruments. Bidet as it may, im not in the market for another bass at this time.
  7. I have not much to add to tge above except... imho the aguilar does better at retaining the tone of the instrument, but kind of halves the pitch. All other octavers I've tried add a sub "synthlike" note under the note your playing. The aggie is my main octave of choice for this reason.
  8. yes. initial reports are very good. this was ereccorded within the 1st 10 mins of turning the thing on. so i have yet to master it by a long shot. but its very easy to get great sounds out of it. the Lvevel knob is actually an input gain which actually adds a lovley charcter to the sound. i think the original has this feature too. 1. Barbara solo. 2. Mastotron into Barbara 2. Madto into octamizer into Barbara 3. Octavbre into brown dog (env out) into barba 20210113_181746_1.mp4
  9. NOPE. IM NOT FALLING FOR THAT AGAIN
  10. i just found one on ebay. its not on ebay anymore.
  11. A filter is usually a circuit that cuts frequencies above (LPF) or below (HPF) a certain frequency cutoff. An envelope filter uses the playing dynamics to controll the cutoff value. The highest the volume of the signal, the more (or less) the cutoff is changed from a given start point. Auto wah is usually a LFO (low frequency oscillator) controlled cutoff. A wah pedal is usually a pedal rocker controlled cutoff frequency filter. To my knowledge most famous wah pedals are resonant band pass with clean blend? To me An envelope follower is a function of a pedal that sends exp or cv value out to another pedal. Chunk Brown dog for example. Envelope detection is the part of the circuitry in an envelope pedal that converts playing dynamics into a controll signal. To controll another parameter (not just cutoff)
  12. You sir are the legend. I just have a 3D printer
  13. Id be happy to help with some 3d printed covers at a very reasonable cost. I did some for @walshy last year. He was happy.
  14. Check out the JOYO PXL-PRO 8 Effect Pedal Loop Switching System. Thats where I started my looper search. But all looper roads lead to boss es8.
  15. The MXR is my fav fingerstyle funk filter forever. Freaks!
  16. I've uses Emma music for pickguards before. Shipping was a bit steep if I recall, tge plates turned up just fine. And good quality.
  17. I've had 2 of these in tge past. Wonderfully sounding filter. Very BEF like. But you get 2 sides that can be set at different responce/resonance to create vowel type sounds. I think I saw a wanted add up for one of these recently
  18. Hands down the best octave pedal IMHO. Pairs very well with fuzz and filter goodies. glwts
  19. i know a guy who might be interested. he knows what he is doing, he designed all the barefaced cabs for example. PM me a rough idea of butget and ill put it to him.
