The board has had an update. Meatbox and ls2 exit stage right. Enter Xerograph Delux! I'm really happy with my board now. No changes for a whyle now.

Thanks. I'm quite pleased with myself on this one. One feature that might not come across in those photos is that its mounted at an angle so the power socket is central, whilst still giving ground clearance. You can see the base is thinner at this side in the pic

Diddnt think it necessary to start a new thread about this, so I thaught the folks here might appreciate it. Custom 3D printed power supply brackets under my board for my recently acquired zuma. Previously my 2 power supplies were only just covering my needs. Some pedals were under supplied but worked so I ignored it. Now everything has pleanty and I can genuinely say is sounds way better! A revelation for me. Anyway pics.....

I've been following this thread with interest and have a question.... Is there a reason you need this to be pedal based? A fairly simple setup within ableton controlled with a midi controller, would undoubtedly deliver almost exactly what you want, and so much more.

Seems a bit overkill for 4 circles in a row, but for more complex shapes I can see that being a usefull method. The inaccuracies in the pickup cover will mostly come from the manufacture. Not the design.

re pole piece size..... if you can get some callipers and measure the polepieces diameter (i think its probably 10mm), then get a drill bit of the same size and warm the top of the shank up with a flame (about 10 seconds should do it) then carefully stick it through the holes from the top. pish the drill but through sufficiently and use trhe cold part of the drill bit to cool the plastic. if this is done right, it will result in a very clean looking accurate hole that should have a very close fit to th pole pieces. ive put a couple of the 1st batch in the package for you to practice on if necessary
