Mark bought a Yamaha BB1200 off me just before Xmas. Kindly drove up to near mine and paid cash..... what more could you ask for. Excellent to deal with and had a good chat to boot. Highly recommended.

I bought an EBS Uni-Chorus from Mark recently. Easy to deal with and good packaging. Managed to get round the Royal Mail strikes too 🙂

Dan bought a Boss SY-1 from me and he was great to deal with. Good comms and a prompt payer...... recommended.

Martin bought a Rockboard I had for sale. Great fast comms and prompt payment..... highly recommended.

Rockboard Tres 3.0 Pedalboard complete with gig bag and carry strap and in great condition, plus still with the original box. Velcro (fluffy side) already fitted and also has some fitted underneath for a power-brick to be installed (see pics). Only really used a few times until I realised I'd never get any more pedals and the few I had on it looked lonely 🙂 Price includes postage, or you can collect and I'll knock a few quid off.

Lee was looking for a Darkglass VMT in the Items Wanted so I dropped him a line. Excellent comms and a quick deal and all went very smoothly.

MarkBass Mark Vintage Pre in excellent 'as new' condition complete with original box, packaging & power adapter. A highly versatile preamp/pedal with lots of inputs and outputs 🙂 It's only been living on my pedalboard and has no velcro on the underside. Only selling as I need to fund something else and have gone back to my backup Tech21 VT Bass DI for the time being. Price includes postage.

Jim bought a MXR Mini Carbon Copy from me last week. Good comms and a fast payer....... recommended.

Alan bought a Laney Bass Comp off me this morning. The whole thing was painless, great comms and a pleasure to deal with...... not to mention he lived local so picked it up, which made it even better 🙂

MXR M299 Carbon Copy Mini Analog Delay in good condition. No original box, but it does have a box from another pedal. Usefully it has a bright switch on the side which allows switching between the original darker analog delay and the brighter analog delay pedal that was released. Also has a modulation button that adds a nice bit of chorus. No power adapter as it didn't come with one and it used to live on my pedalboard. Price includes postage.

Laney Black Country Customs 'The 85' Bass Interval Octaver with control for the -1 octave, plus an interval switch for (-2, +1, +5th). It also has an Expression Pedal input. About £150-ish new I think. In excellent condition complete with original tin box and paperwork and only moving on as I've started using a Plethora X3 purely for convenience. No power adapter as it didn't come with one. Price includes postage.

Laney Black Country Customs 'The Custard Factory' Bass Compressor in excellent condition complete with original tin box and paperwork (slight dent on the box lid edge). A nice easy compressor to use compared to some of the ones out there these days. Moving on as I've started using a Plethora X3 purely for convenience. No power adapter as it didn't come with one. They're about £125 new. Price includes postage.

Alex bought a MXR Bass Compressor from me. It was a nice smooth deal with great comms and fast payment...... highly recommended.

TC Electronic BG250-115 Combo which I think may be the Mk1 as newer ones have 2 x TonePrint controls and no Tube Drive. The Tone Print doesn't seem to want to save the effects/sounds from the TonePrint app..... They can be heard downloading into the pickups but don't seem to save in the amp. I've been told this is a firmware update issue since they have a Mk2 version of this out these days, but as I don't use it I can't be arsed to sort it out. Other than that, it works fine and packs a punch as expected, especially with the built-in switchable 'Tube Drive'. It's very loud too and the built-in Tuner works as it should. As expected from TC, the weight is very manageable too.

1983 Squier JV PB-57 Precision - *SOLD*

1983 Squier JV PB-57 Precision (apparently). Time to thin the herd a bit and seeing as I have a 79 Precision that is identical in looks and sound...... there can be only one. Plus, I'm not sure if the weight enthusiasts would be keen on the 79 Precision 🙂 This one weighs in at 4.2kg (9.3lb). I've taken a best guess on a price from looking at others on here that have sold, both ones still as original and ones that have been tinkered with, so forgive me if I'm off the mark. I'm open to sensible offers though. Plays a treat and I can't tell any difference to the 79 Precision other than it's much lighter. As far as I know it's all original, except for possibly the scratchplate..... no additional pickups, patina (rust, peeled off, faded etc) on the chrome, original pickup with the raised poles on A, original wiring etc..... see pics. If I did ever replace the scratchplate I'll have a root about for what was on it. Obviously for an almost 40 year old bass it has a few marks but all are light. Can't really highlight any as they're all very minor and in the lacquer except for a mark near the bridge and one on the belly contour. The neck has no dints on the back either. In great condition for a 39 year old bass, frets are excellent, truss rod works, no crackles on the electrics, bridge grub screws are free etc. Pots are stiffer to turn than my 79 but no crackling and still smooth operation. Can be supplied with either a Fender gig-bag or a non-branded hardcase. Would rather any collection, but happy to drop off if local-ish or halfway meet if not too far...... but also happy to post. I'm bound to have forgotten something, so just ask.
