    Get a bog standard 2 band eq stingray in black with a maple neck if they do 'em.... Had a pre-ernie but in natural and a rosewood neck. Still don't know why i got rid of it!!!

    The DR strings don't have a coating as such, like the Elixirs. It's more of an anodised finish.

    If it's a paper sticker, you can get label remover from most stationers. Just soak the label, leave it to soak, and peel off. Vinyl stickers, you'll just have to pull off and clean the adhesive off with white spirit, or a citrus degreaser.

    It wasn't particularly the colour combo, just the only picture of the model i could find quick.... I've seen one in an all black combo, now that is sweet!!!
