  6. Yep,an Ibanez fretless,ala Sting,people rave about them,but i thought it was completely lifeless,and it weighed about as much as Dawn French.
  7. I might add that some of the older ones were exactly the same as Stagg models.i have an older Stingray copy like this and it is really good quality.The Jim Deacon/Stagg models have satin laquer on the necks whereas the newer Jim deacons mostly have a gloss laquer.

  10. £899,that is probably £800 more than it is worth.I had one,it was a horrid bit of kit,speaking of horrid,i sold it to Howard,Bass Doc,for about £60,8 or 9 years ago.And it looked at least as good as that one.

  12. It is,there are 2 quality types of SX though,the starter pack are of a lesser quality than the regular SX/Jim Deacons,and there are more options with the SX branded ones.

Oh i see,a bit of a nobody then ?

  20. Sunburst,tort,rosewood,my favourite.If only that fretless had a Jazz as well as the P pickup,it would be my ideal fretless bass,now that i've re-discovered fretless.

  23. People see Carlsboro and think it will be just ok,but the Delta amps really are great.
