Its unreasonable to expect any insurance company to cover loss due to leaving valuables in unsecured locations. If i left home and didnt lock my front door, and i got burgled, the insurance company would laugh at me. They're in the business of making money, first and foremost.

Positive from me too. Bought gear without problems, but a filter pedal i ordered , i couldnt get the filter to open despite trying all sorts of trickery. IIRC, it was an eden wah, but i asked them to collect it and refund, and that was done with no cost to me
