  1. Wrexham had one PBXN on Ebay, and its the one i posted about earlier when i said i only found one for sale in the UK, and that one sold pretty quick, probably to someone here ?
  2. Indeed, but as you wont know , job done !!
  3. Go back to the top of the thread and read it again. Its in very big letters so no one can miss it.
  4. First of all, are you comfortable playing a 130 for a B ? If so, get a set with higher tension in 45-130 The 5 string crowd will be able to guide you to a higher tension set real soon and probably make some other suggestions ( im not a 5 player )
  5. Lets kick this off then Mmmmm....mushrooms
  6. Warman UK, yup i had an MM of theirs and stuck it in my Vintage MM bass, but when i sold the bass, i stuck the original Wilkinson back in and you've just reminded me that i have yet another pickup to get rid of
  7. I think he's the guy i bought mine from, and he used to sell them on Ebay. I dont see him selling them anymore on Ebay though. Even that last one i posted about earlier, has been sold. In fact, it was Wrexham Guitar, but according to his auction, it was the last one. I dont use mine anymore so i'll get it in the For Sale forums soon
  8. Wow - didnt know that. They dont seem to be listed on the Entwistle site when i looked I guess your way is the best way to get hold of them
  9. You may have trouble with that. I did a search for PBXN's and only found 1 for sale in the UK, and that was his last one. There's none on the Entwistle site, as he's stopped making them, i believe
  10. Ordered ! Same old sheet though. Checked item location as UK, and when paid for, seller was Chinese. Maybe they have a deal UK stockist or something but i despise this sort of hidden BS
  11. I suppose there must be a use for status updates, but i havent fathomed it. It seems, of the little i've read, that it's stuff that could just as well be posted on the forums ??
  12. They may well have insurance, but have you ever tried getting your money back from an insurance company when things go mammary gland up ?
  13. Indeed Marc. Doesnt get in the way at all , but its no featherweight, like my wallet
  14. Aha I got lucky, as it came with the bass, along with the original spike type. Mark at BD told me the previous owner paid about £130 for the stand. Blimey !!
  15. Thanks - Charic, what could possibly need changing in my settings mate ?
  16. I dunno chaps. Seems weird to moi. Will see if it happens again and keep an eye out if there are any sudden likes / reactions
  17. Personally, i dont think compulsory on the rest of the forums is necessary, but when in the For Sale section, and where money is changing hands, it should be
