  7. Yeah the price of strings is outrageous. I shot an email to Bob Gollihur in the US, and he confirmed that if fitting Spiros to an NS, i need the S42 set which is 4/4 But i've decided against that now, as i was advised to go with strings designed for the NS NXT, which are the NS Contemparies , made by D'addario, ironically enough. Again, expensive, till i found the last set on Amazon for £80 - and snapped 'em up Once fitted i'll be slinging the current thumpers in the FS forum Good link too
  8. Oh wow - that takes me back. I had one of these with the exact same bridge and bass was finished exactly the same too. Shame about the necks. Looked good though and neck through IIRC
  9. Exqueeze me ? How very dare you

  19. Ah, the old ' vintage ' vibe. Sucked in, re-hashed , marketed , sold. Capitalism at its finest

  24. I always though Muzz was the bees knees in Living Colour. I dont think Wimbish brought anything extra. Vivid was an awesome album which i promptly bought as soon as i heard it back in the day. Nothing wrong with Dougs talent, but he doesnt seem to be high on my radar
