  1. I love Eneloops - great batteries. Originally , Eneloops were made by Sanyo, although Panasonic bought out Sanyo 12 years ago
  2. Is that one of those brilliant Acoustic 360 rigs behind Notm ?
  3. He certainly had a good grip on his Jack Daniels bottle
  4. The magic or the bass ? 😬
  5. Its like magic, making a bass disappear. Just need something bigger than a top hat, and some dodgy lies
  6. No way hose B It was quite a fun trip with Wolverine bloke. Apart from the nature of the trip, the journey was funny as hell
  7. Nothing to do with grub screws, comedians I wouldnt buy a bag of elastic bands off him either, if that helps
  8. I already did in a long thread over a year ago, but i chose to have ped hide it.
  9. ' Going bald ? Go to fleabag's tattoo parlour and get some rabbits tattooed on your bonce. From a distance they look like hairs '
  10. You dont want to hear about my last experience at BD. Suffice to say i wouldnt buy a grub screw from them
  11. Good point - cheers The drivers are def. the CMV2 10" pair as that is all i have. I'll look at the Easy 12" again, as you say, it will do the job. Then start a separate thread
  12. Cheers Phil I hope this is the right way to convert cubic inches to litres, so .... the TE Elf cab in inches is 12x 14x 12.5, which when multiplied, returns 2100 cube inches. This = 34.4 litres approx. Hope my calcs are correct there. Would upping this to 40 litres be ok ? And are your calcs taking into account a slotted port or a round port ? Not sure what the Elf uses, but it seems too smal for a round port
  13. That's a weight that i would like to achieve, though if guru Phil Starr says there's too much compromise to build a cab so small using the Beymas, then we'll see how close we can get. It will all depend on the TSP of the CMV2 10"
  14. Ta I think it was you or Stevie ( or both ) who gave me advice a couple of times now on builds. A 1x15 and 2 adapted Peavey 210 TX 's What i'm hoping for is that the Beyma specs will allow a small box , to a similar size of the TE Elf 1x10 which is quite small. I guess the slotted port helps Getting close would be good enough. Elf cab size is Width: 12'' Depth: 14'' Height: 12.5''
  15. That might be it What did that extension cab weigh in the end ? The Beymas i have are only 3.1 kg each I dont do WinISD, too thick, so do you think a cab for the Beyma would be equally small as your little cab ?
  16. That build is bigger than i wanted, probably because it features a tweeter and crossover. I thought i'd seen a plain 10" build without tweeter on the forums, but i could be imagining this
  17. Yeah, i love the look of the TE 1x10 Elf cabs, but hell, 550 squid for a pair ? I looked at the Elf 2x8 TE and said ' no' The weight put me off. Also i want the choice of one cab or two. The Beymas seem to be pretty good drivers with good specs. I've already owned 2 cabs , years ago, with the SM110 drivers inside and they were awesome. Hoping the CMV2 drivers are equally as good. Where's that 10" cab build when you need it ?? 😎
  18. Scuse me chaps, but i thought there was an EASY 10" CAB BUILD thread, but i cant find it. I'm thinking of stuffing my two Beyma CMV2 10" drivers into 2 lightweight cabs. Since i havent sold the 2 drivers i thought better to do something with them. The drivers only weigh 3.1 kg each so depending on the weight of the cab, these could pretty good weight wise. I was possibly looking at 2 TE Elf 1x10 cabs, which are an ideal weight of about 16lbs each. Trouble is, those 2 cabs would be a £550 purchase https://www.beyma.com/speakers/Fichas_Tecnicas/beyma-speakers-data-sheet-low-mid-frequency-10CMV2.pdf
