Pub was a tad small for us, but we played reasonably well, and the punters seemed to enjoy it. We even had dancing a couple of times. Landlord was a good chap and fed us liquid refreshments all night F.O.C , as well as our gig money. It beats me though why people always take snaps in portrait mode ? Photos always look shyte - turn the phone to landscape , muppet PS There's nothing like a punter walking past the camera Hiya ... you're on film. Smile for the camera , thanks

Was watching a docu of Genesis on Sky Arts last night, and when the credits rolled, i noticed guitarist Daryl Stuermer's name , and i wondered if someone in the band set this up for a laugh, even Daryl himself, or whether there's a right drainpipe working at the SKY arts tv channel ?

I only have an FB account because a previous band i was in 12 years ago had a band page. My account is in a false name, false birthday etc. I barely look at it these days as the band broke up 6 years ago. I have never signed up to any of the other flotsam sosh media. I'm just totally disinterested. SM sucks in many ways, IMO.

Yes i did realise but the 9v battery clip converter to 2.1mm female doesnt say it takes pos. tip or neg tip, but that reverse cable in your link would do the trick ! Ped's link also has the converters but again, they dont list neg or pos https://myvolts.co.uk/product/22543/9V_Battery_Snap

Thanks Sandy - never looked at those, just the ad blurb. So the 9v battery converter cable to 9v female 2.1mm , that needs to be compatible with 2.1mm 9v pos tip plug

I was pondering on using a power pack slipped into a pocket for powering an active bass, instead of using batteries. So the idea is to convert the battery connector to a Boss style 9v female, then a Boss type 9v male to USB, and then to the power pack. Would this work or is there some compatibility issues with mA's or voltage or such stuff ? 1: The 9v battery / 2.1mm female converter 2: Boss type 2.1mm 5v 2000mA / USB 2.0 Mi. 16,000ma Power pack / USB
