I understand the strings do seem slightly off set. This is easily corrected. The bridge is a floating bridge and moves when the strings are loosened .. it is meant to do this.. I loosened the strings when I had the bass stored !! Hi Tom using the slightly dodgy bathroom scales I think it’s around 4.5kg that’s an estimate as very time I weighed it is changed slightly. But it’s definitely not a super light bass
