Is this the weakest line up ever for Glastonbury?
Cuzzie replied to Barking Spiders's topic in General Discussion
Easiest way to get to the bands is to get on iPlayer, if you know the stage, and know the time they went on, which is in the Glasto website, they often run the whole day stage filmed and you can just quickly scroll to the stage start time and you are straight into a performance. -

Agree on the band - and whilst I am far from being any form of expert I agree on the vocals statement. She is a quiet singer and it’s always a bit wrong when speaking voice is louder than singing voice. To me at the end when she actually opened her pipes and went for it, then she sounded amazing. Wouldn’t be surprised if emotion played a part -
Very jealous - was meant to go, but family stuff came up. Enjoy!!!

Ideas of quality and reasonably cheap practice amps?

Reiteration of above. Hartke HD range is very decent for the money, I also love a Phil Jones Bass combo -

Price bracket? Wattage required - just home practice or rehearsal with others probable? Microphone as well? Loads of options, can be nailed down with a little more info -

I get you on that, but physical or mental fatigue can’t be sniffed at, and should be supported or can lead to deeper problems. On the plus side, 2 other musicians that may have not got to play Glastonbury have done that - that surely is a plus -

Not normally a Liam Gallagher fan, but he amuses me the more I get older. His introduction to Wonderwall was pretty classic him/mancunian. ”This is Wonderwall, It’s stinky poo....” -

That’s cool - different strokes and all - but not sure how you can say it’s not good music if you have never heard half of it?! But that’s just me
