    A lot of my fave artists were in drop D, so its a natural ear for me and its really freeing in how you get about. I do have a hip shot on my fave basses just for ease, but its always drop D usually down half or a whole step as well

    Indeed I used spare kitchen units, door stops for feet, even old vinyl floor tiles for covering etc - rock solid, cheap as chips

    Aren’t your cabs for creative home use and gig rig both 8ohms so you never get the full 900w? (Or 1Khz full blast)

    It’s the difference between DG drive which is close but no cigar and Tech21’s drive like the dUg which nails it. Here’s something for you, you could maybe make your own enclosure!

    Cheers buddy - I already have a jazz one on a build and have a body that I know wants one - I am just playing the procrastination game and making excuses rather than just getting one. Seeing one readily available similar to this would be harder to resist!

    Great score - I nearly had a Godin Shifter - 3 pick up one - won the auction, seller refused to sell to me despite being no reserve price - oh well - always liked Em and my guitarist had one, lovely instruments

    Interestingly from what you said, do you keep your gig stuff in storage not in the home? If so it’s a cunning ploy to avoid the Mrs seeing how much gear you have!
