1. Unfortunately (for our g/fs) I've PM'ed you
2. If you want some strings to experiment with http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=72536
3. http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=72536 You could try and old ish set of Overwater's from me if you want
4. I'm getting rid of all my Geoge L's like 24 jacks and loads of canere cabling in the misc for sale section. These are the best if you have a big board that might have an odd signal chain as you wanted to fit as many effects on the board as possible. I've reduced to a few fx now so getting some fixed cabling from OBBM, but like I say only do this if you don't plan on changing your board much, else George L's or another brand of solderless make them yourself cables are the best way.
5. Bump for new strings added
6. Bump for offers, worst I can say is no Then come steal your car
7.
I couldn't resist the sun today to show off my new Alleva LG-5.
I played this the other day absolutely beautiful bass, you'll have to come round and hear it through and 8x10

Fri 7th May - Manchester 'Ritz' (Rock Radio 2nd B'day party.... with support from tributes to Guns n Roses, Iron Maiden & Metallica) Hope to see some of you there
I have the 7th May off its in between a Dublin and Manchester date on the tour so I'm going to bring 2 bands worth of people to the Ritz as a bit of a tour ender party How big of a set do you get to play?
9. Waits for the a Schecter 'Model T' to come up for sale Excellent collection there
10. Will sell these inc postage at £15 if anyone further a field fancies one Cheers
11. Bought a gig bag from him last week, arrived today exactly as described. Cheers
12. No longer have the pedals I had so moving to fixed cabling from OBBM I have: SOLD The cabling I will throw in for free if you take all the jacks, else I'd like £1 for a handful of misc lengths when ordering 6 or more jacks Most of the cabling is Canere which is much higher quality than the George L's stock stuff Cheers
13. Check them out guys www.myspace.com/ourinnocencelost Cheers
14.
FWIW I have ordered covers for my Eden 4x10 & 1x15 from a firm near Leeds called Roqsolid I negotiated a cash deal. I'm picking them up myself on Thursday. Once I've put them on I'll post my opinions.
Yeah I've used them as well for a my Matamp 4x10 and 8x10 all fit perfectly as does my friends Vox AC-30 cover Very helpful when you can them as well.
15. Most of my basses are DCGF or ADGCF including some shortscale basses other than my 36inch scale Overwater everything is strung with 50-110 Overwater strings either Stainless Steel Rounds or the custom flats I ordered I use the rule of thumb +5 per -tone I do however still use the standard Overwater 134 Low B for my Low A It's a great tuning to play in seems more natural to me for rock music.
16. I tried it at bass day, it's stunning really top notch sounding and I don't normally like the sound of John East's preamps
17. If you're looking at changing the pot and stuff I have a 250k Ernie Ball Jr pedal that needs a new pot that I'd trade plus cash to you for your one. Or I'd sell it, save you butchering a perfectly good pedal EB do make stereo volume pedals
18. Well I'm going to hammer this over the weekend think I'll use fl studio on the pc and see how I go on that I'd rather not sacrifice my mac to the band Thank you very much guys this is a great help
19. What I think I'm going to do with the lights is buy a dmx controller desk with a midi input and the midi signal triggers programs in the desk, this will massively reduce the amount of work the computer will have to output and should make programming faily easy once I figure out how to control my lights with my desk.
20.
Ableton Live.
That was always the plan but I'm not that familiar with it as a piece of software so programming it always seemed a struggle Suppose I should be able to get an older version that will run on my 800mhz G4 Ibook
