Bought this off Happyjack a while ago and it's great, I'd wanted one for years but I just don't use it, none of my sessions call for anything that sounds like a double bass. Great bass, good condition few dings here and there. This is the original 80's USA Guild basses, I believe these were hand made. Comes with softcase and 3 strings I broke the D string SOLD Cheers

Tried all this last night, was absolutely marvelous. The 4x10's are much much lighter than mine and kick out some serious bass, they have a beautiful even response no matter what I played, for the weight and cost these are some serious contenders they are just stunning and will look even better with the metal grills instead of the fabric ones. 2x12 well I was amazed, Monz had been saying how hifi it sounded and this is true but you can dial that out and get it thump as anything, it really did range from sounding like a 2x15 to a hifi studio monitor and this is without a tweeter, simple stunning I'll be ordering one as soon as my Buster sells. GT200, a great head, I knew this already I've played through them lots but they never cease to amaze, plenty of clout and more power than most people would ever need, the drive on it is still the best distortion I've ever heard be it pedal, rack or amp, I still can't afford one though but one day. Great amp and for the price it sits nicely in other high class amps and because it's so good thats why you never see them come up for sale second hand Also it was quite funny being in a room with 5 tube amps and 22 10 inch speakers and then 18 12 inch speakers including what my guitarists had lying around, it was a shame my 400+ is in for a service as I could have powered all the bass cabs from that and my Strategy and really heard what it had Congrats Glyn you've got a stellar amp, I hope your gig with the 2x12 sucks and you have to give me a call

Had a lot of interest in this, mainly from people who couldn't be further away from me in the UK I can ship it on your dime, I'd just remove all the tubes and get another aluminium case from maplin for them and box it all up. But you'd have to arrange the courier and this thing is heavy, it's an easy 1 person lift but I wouldn't want to put it on the scales at the post office to see how much it would cost You know you want to drive up the Manchester to hear it anyway, gives you a chance to hear a 900w tube amp into some custom Matamp cabs -
That full band? or acoustic?

I got this off Monz about 2 months ago and I just haven't used it. I love the sound of it, it's near identical to my 400+ which is great but I generally always take my 400+ and strategy 400 rig with 4x10 and 8x10 to every gig and augmenting it with a 200w all tube wedge at the front of the stage isn't benefiting me and I didn't use it on the festivals like I planned so I'm going to get rid and just have head and cab combo's (still got another 5 tube amps once this is gone) Here is the previous thread with pictures http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=53184 It's in the same condition, few scuffs here and there but near nothing for an amp that is around 10 years old (I think?) I'm after a litte less than what I paid after travel £725 it comes with a full set of tubes (except it's now missing 1 preamp tube as I used this else where but I can always get another if you need). Current set of tubes are fairly new as I understand it and sound great so years of life left in those. I can get more recent pics if someone wants. I'm in the Manchester area if anyone wants to come and try/buy I don't think shipping is really an option but I gig a lot so might be able to meet people somewhere else in the country. Cheers If this doesn't sell I'm getting a red Matamp headcase made for it and you'll never see it for sale again Also if the cab I'm thinking of getting tomorrow sucks it will also be removed from sale and I will continue to have over 1kw of mesa tube power available to me NOW TRADED

So come on I know this is done where are the 4x10's and the head, even though I am seeing them tomorrow

Bought this the other day and its too small, some how I can't work a tape measure. So I'm after £50 which what I paid for it but would happily trade for a Diago Showman and some cash your way. Obviously would entertain other pedalboard options as well. Cheers EDIT: Doesn't matter, it's not a gigman I got screwed over buying it and it's a miniman

Sorry about that here you go It has my name and band sprayed on the top, this will come off with paint thinner or you can paint over it Side view, you can see it has 2 compartments one for the board and one for the cables Cable compartment Cable compartment far left, board and lid for both pedalboard section and cable compartment. You can see the patchbay on the side of the board and the connections, you have 4 locking neutrik jacks with van damme cable to neutrik jacks and a powercon to iec connection for power. Another view of the same, I'll include the powercon so you can attach it to your own power cable however you end up powering the board Here you can see the missing hinge, which I'll also include. It just needs a piece of wood behind it to screw into and it will be fine. Functions fine anyway holds together enough. Here it is in use
