2.
Call me strange but that sounds like sex talk.
Go away I'm trying to forget you and your U5 exist

 5. So I recently acquired this in a trade and it is lovely so I need to sell it quick before I play it more and have to keep it I believe its 2000-2001 and is very light though I have no way of weighing it. Here are the pictures So the bass is in excellent condition and comes with a fender hardcase it does have a few minor dings near the back strap button I've tried to show them but they are minor and just think of it as the start of relicing SOLD Cheers
 6. How close would it put you if I took the Holy Grail?
 7. Not really I'm afraid sorry

 9.
My back is cringing at the sight of the flightcases never mind what is in them Just out of interest what are you replacing the CXL 12s with or is the 4x10 the replacement?
Iamp800 and 4x10 have both been sold today and I'm replacing the other cabs with most likely 2 Matamp 2x15's And yes the flightcases are heavy but you rarely lift them as they have wheels, and we have crew anyway.
 10.
Interesting bass. Looks like an Overwater Original but with newer style pickups controls and bridge. Can you tell us more?
It's a 2001 Overwater Progress in original body shape so it doesn't have the newest preamp in it but thats fine by me as that just has like a bright switch that I would never use. The top on it is the same as the one they used on a C bass for John Entwistle just further down in the wood so basically an identical top. Bought it here a few weeks ago. 12. Well what ever anyone is comfortable doing, some times the best way to explain how something is working is to hear it. But it's up to everyone
 13. I'm thinking the 11th of October once I've confirmed with my band that I've not got anything on that weekend. Also time wise 2-6ish maybe longer and break up the day into people explaining their setups and showing off what they can do and then jam sessions with who ever wants to play. My room has lift access and is 500sq ft so feel free to bring as much gear as you want. I'll bring the following Basses Overwater Evolution 5 Overwater C Bass Progress 5 Valenti No3 Rickenbacker 4003 Dearmond Starfire Amps Mesa 400+ Simms-Watt PA100 Hopefully Trace Elliot v6 and I'm hoping to have my new matamp cabs as well I'll also have both my pedalboards, I'm sure you know what is on them. Cheers
 14.
I'd bring my MIDI setup and synthy stuff. Also, I'm a drummer with access to kits if that helps any? I'm in Didsbury, Sounth Manc. Dan
That's cool on the Midi stuff, my drummer will be joining us anyway so if you wanted to bring a small kit to have a 2 drummer 1 bassist jam more than welcome
 15. I'm thinking of just holding off a few more weeks so that I can get my cabs built ifor the jamming which would be much better

 23. So here I am having sold a bass to Ireland and said don't worry about shipping charges thinking Northern Ireland isn't much I'm sure Southern will only be a bit more, but now every quote I'm getting online is doiung volumetric weight of around 50kg's when the package isn't even 10kg's What companies are there for decent, quick, cheap and insured delivery to Southern Ireland, I've seen the shipping sticky but I' mafter personal experience of shipping things to Ireland. Cheers
