1.
It's looking a bit empty there Tayste.
The piece of cardboard is a placeholder for 2 eb jr volume pedals that will go there. Still waiting for a modded dod grunge and will be buying Subdecay Prometheus and Mojo Hand Sugar Baby. So not as empty as you would think, also would love to get this down to 1 board but we'll see.
2. Was the Meatball, 100% sure on this thanks
3. Done a bit more work on my board
4. Can you snap a shot of the capo's please
5. Nah checked I'm wrong, well might be, Bob McBroom just built pedals in what ever was lying around, some hots are red some are random colours but there are only 5-10 of them and some might say hot inside and some might not, either way the hellbilly is rare and a very sought after pedal in the guitar world. Hope this helps
6. I'll check for you but I'm fairly sure I'm right.
7. Just to let you know that hellbilly isn't a bog standard hellbilly it's a hellbilly hot I think they made 5 might have been 3 out of the 150 hellbilly's they made. It has more gain on tap I think it might use different transisters but I can't remember, either way it's very very special and rare. Should say on the back plate when you open it up hellbilly hot and a date that bob mcbroom made it
8. For gods sake everything I need you own. Trade you for an Analogman Mini Chorus Clone
9.
tempting would be interesting to A/B this with my zoom b2.1u's chorus, which i love, just to see how much better this one is
Awww such a shame this appears to be sold, you will have to put the zoom up against a different "best chorus pedal in the world" Oh Well Come home to Daddy my sweet little chorus whore pedal
10.
How does the tonefactor work with bass frrquencies? not too bad? cheers, craig
It's designed to work with bass it's now known as the Boomstick Bottomfeeder but it is a bass mod 442 done by tone factor for me as a replacement to the 442 I gave to Doug Wimbish, very very good pedal, my fav filter and I'm very tempted to get it back.
11.
Chris, I'm glad I didnt commit to having these off you as when I've checked with the importer my Mesa amp is 4 Ohm and would've probably gone pop if i'd tried it with these..... Pheeewww! Good luck, these should sell...!
That person is on crack you wouldn't have any problems with these cabs what so ever
12. Best delay for bass bar none, simply stunning. Dead easy to use and really musical on every setting. I love mine so much I've kept my prototype along with the production model.
13.
Aye mine was delivered yesterday as well. Nice looking enclosure and blue LED. So what's the difference between a cream pie and a cream pie deluxe then?
Nothing they are all Cream Pie Deluxe's but people shorten it to Cream Pie, CPD, CP etc etc
14. Cheers I'll add it up this weekend
15. Is there any chance you'd let that foam lined rack case go on it's own I'm in london this weekend
16.
ahhhhh, why do you do this to me?!?! I am now just trying to justify the cash to myself...damn you toasted for making such a beautifully tempting fuzzzzzzzzzz i may be in contact in the near future
Hurry because I'm also looking for the cash to buy it
17.
Nice, great sustain. I would be slightly anxious about having no control over volume or drive/mix. If it had more control then I think I would be parting with some cash... It's a great looking pedal mate, chic orange box and that LED is very cool.
Those controls are inside so you can set them and then never worry about knocking them mid gig or anything
18. I'm playing and switching between them randomly it was more to show how similar they sound, the Mule is a better pedal overall but the hyperpak is so small it was the only way I could keep distortion on my board
19.
The links are not working for me...
I've updated the links
20.
Thanks for that. I've been looking at this pedal for a while, sounds good. Wouldn't mind seeing some reviews of the other pedals on your pedal, like the quasar or the barge concepts. And what is the unmarked pedal in the top left for?
The unmarked pedal is just a switcher for my basses and amp If you go over to www.talkbass.com you'll find in the wiki the effects database and I've done clips of every pedal I own/owned (it's a hell of a lot)
