1. I'm off to the factory tomorrow might get a birthday treat
2. My home practice rig Custom Matamp 4x6 and 1957 Dynacord MV15 Simply awesome One for a size reference unfortunately it makes the cab look huge but it really is tiny
3. My home practice rig Custom Matamp 4x6 and 1957 Dynacord MV15 Simply awesome One for a size reference unfortunately it makes the cab look huge but it really is tiny
4. Few tweaks to my home/studio board Going to get my PT Mini back at home and setup a more respectable PT Jr with none of the pedals featured here. TBH the PT JR shown here really is a fun with tube amps board and then the mini will be the wierd noise board and everything on the PT Jr can be run on batteries for ages. Signal chain is Kimbara (Shin Ei) Wah -> Fender Vol/Tone -> Mojo Hand Colossus -> Mojo Hand Huckleberry -> Tone Factor Cream Pie -> Dod 250 -> EHX Nano Muff - > Mojo Hand 442 (Bass) - Subdecay Noisebox -> Subdecay Prometheus -> Subdecay Echobox
5. You know the RC-3 has some lag when switching to the next loop? Might be worth reading up and double checking before you get rid.
6. Since all these are being used for is to pile crap on in the practice room I have the following cases for sale. All are collection only. I will get external measurements tonight, pictures are to just give you a rough idea of scale with that else is in the shot. Largest Case, will likely fit most 4x10's doesn't fit my Matamp 4x10 (but it's a very deep cab) but does fit my 2x12 securely with quite a gap around the edges. case has wheels - £50ono Medium case, probably fit a combo in this would be more suited to a guitarist I'd say, just a bit shy of fitting my 2x12. Case has wheels - £40ono Small case, I use to use this to carry my 400+ in headcase around with a bag of cables on top of it, it's probably about 21 inched wide internally by 20 inches deep. - £30ono You can of course refoam them to suit All of these are collection only and I'd prefer cash on collection as tbh I bought all these on here got all the measurements, checked it with my gear, paid for them then went to collect and none were ideal for what I own so you can come down try it if it fits you pay for it, if it doesn't your choice as to if it's any use for you. Cheers
7. How much for the 16 second delay and what's wrong with it?
8. Definately thinking of selling the faulty transmitter and a brand new receiver if you want to shoot me a PM. It's missing the metal clip on the back, no damage it just popped off when I lent it my guitarist and he never bothered to find it.
9. FFS Mods please move
10. So I own 3 of the X2 wireless units and they have performed flawlessly for years but now 2 of the transmitters have developed problems, 1 intermitantly cuts out and the other the locking bit of the jack ripped out with the jack one time (I say ripped more like fell out with the jack still attached) Now I have 3 perfect receivers and 1 perfect transmitter and I just want to know if there is anyone out there that can fix these before I sell the lot and switch to the Line 6 Relay system. Cheers
11. I'll be at Krash Night Club The Venue Market Street, NE1 6JE Newcastle upon Tyne On Saturday 9th July if anyone wants to come try my GT200 and 8x10 Cheers
12. Yep I highly recommend it I'm going down in the next week or so just waiting for my damn tolex to arrive.
13. Yep they still do the faceplate that lights up along with whatever custom options are possible.
14. Yes now comes the good news of what I'm buying from Matamp mwhahahahaha
15. Cottonbacked is what you need
16. Just bought 11 yards of red tolex so that should keep me in Matamp gear for a bit
17. Ah doesn't matter I've bought from the above now and they will import from America. Cheers
18. Check us out here www.ourinnocencelost.com I only really take the 8x10 out and occasionally the smaller cabs for smaller gigs, I'm just getting something that makes the 4x10 into a big rig so I have a choice incase I want to take something a bit different or if I want to take loads to like an outdoor festival
19. Got some more Matamp stuff I'm going to be buying and they run out of the Red Basket Weave Tolex and I need to try and find somemore before I'm forced to go with a slightly different colour. I've already found this one http://www.allparts.uk.com/online-shop/amp...nch-p-5159.html but it's pretty expensive and they're going to have to import from America so I'm just wondering if anyone knew anyone with a stash of some? Cheers
20. What cab is inbound? Are you going to collect? I'm planning a trip to the factory on the 18th July incase anyone wants to meet up and hang out. My next cab will be one of Matamps new secret projects and it will really make this rig scary
21. Forget the 2x12 this is what you need 600w of tube power (give or take)
22. Never thought I would see the day my first tube amp left me but the long and short of it is it's barely been used in the past year and I have some more Matamp stuff coming that makes it even more redundant. This one has been in my possession probably for around 4 years and has been round at least 3 other BC'ers before me so I'd like to keep it in the family. It was retubed with Groove Tube 6l6's at a cost of £300 a few weeks before it got shelved as the Matamp GT200 arrive, barely used since. The amp has been maintained and given regular services by my tech and tube genius Dave Lunt, it is a particuarly gainy example of a 400+ but sounds great when pushed and is currently sporting a 12AT7 to make it a bit smoother. I will also drop it by Daves for a service before it leaves my possession. This is a very early 80's example (I think 1982) so has the 6 band graphic eq instead of the 7 band graphic (so a bit rarer) Amp is in a great condition with only a few scratches round the holes where you mount it in a rack case. It spent most of it's life in a shockmounted rack case. Here is some blurb from the manufacturer http://www.mesaboogie.com/Product_Info/Out.../bass_400_.html It truely is an amazing amp it's just never used and it should go to someone who gigs it reguarly. I have also shorted the power cord and added an IEC connector and I will include some spare slo-blo fuses that I have lying around for the amp itself along with a full set of used but still usable EHX 6l6's. Here are some pics to wet your appetite and I will get more tonight. I can ship this amp but at buyers expense. Please not the amp does not include the headcase sleeve pictured above or a rack case. I'm after £700 but open to offers not really after any trades though. Feel free to ask me any questions Cheers
23.
It's not the lightest amp in town, but they know i'm there.
Ditto
