How to sell a bass on eBay Gibo T-bird

Just aquired this from another Bass chatter. However being the impulsive fool that I am. I've bought the wrong thing. I thought I was buying an IEM system, but I got it wrong. It's a wireless bass/guitar system, that I have not touched, I have another one. It's in pretty much perfect condition, a couple of minor marks but nothing that is noticable. The case is in good condition as well. I'll take a hit to teach me a life lesson, £85 plus postage. Thx
Yes it is in theory 2Ohm
Bugger thought so, and the implication of doing would be exploding PA?

I have the option to either put 2 x 4 Ohm speakers into two stereo output ports or daisy chain into a mono port. If I daisy chain 2 x 4 ohm cabs, what is the ohm rating is it 4 or 2 ohm? Excuse terminology and hope makes sense. Thanks

Got one done for my old band, cost £70 all in I think. Quite simple nicked logo design from a well known US Bourbon manufacturer. Still in use to this very day I believe!!!

Steve Harris (Iron Maiden) was driven in my car from Aston Villa's training ground to inside the NEC building they were performing. Can't say I drove because I was drinking JD in the back seat of the car!! -
Deal with Jim with extreme caution. I went to view a Gibson EB-2 and I came away with a mint T-Bird, I was very close to buying both beautys. Not what I had in mind at all. I suspect Jim has an Aladin's cave of high quality gear somewhere. He was super friendly, his gear was exremely well looked after and the deal was dead easy. He know's the next bass I'm buying off of him, in fact he's babysitting it for me. Have no fear dealing with this fine fellow, just be prepared to be sorely tempted. Cheers mate!!!!

Just relieved Jim of his T-Bird, am collecting it later. Will post proper feedback in the right place later....! NBD bump from me!!!
In a previous disscusion about this (it used to puzzle me too) I heard the wise words "ask a violinist if the keys of C# and Db are the same", then batten down your hatches.
This I thought that in non fretted instruments the #'s and b's are different notes, not sure I could tell the difference tbh.
Been there and have seen for myself how they react to anything negative. You cant even talk about strings on there if they aren't my by EBMM.
Best I read was that anyone who had an avatar with a picture of a bass that was not made by MM had to change it. Not sure if still the case, no need to go over there anymore.
With the 23 and a half hours im on here I would struggle to keep up anyway Here is an enlightening thread http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...&hl=strings things&st=20
Point taken, mind you I was desperate to see you posting in this thread http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...ervice&st=0 Sadly you didn't, but this is where I'm coming from.
Well im not a member there but people keep telling me they are not as bad as they are made out to be, Im staying here for now though. Strings and things so far have always sorted out peoples issues as far as I know, the only problems would be secondhand basses or if the owner didnt know about them.
One of my bass buddies in the US had similar grief over there, they take their love of all things MM very seriously. I'd stay clear, much safer on here, generally.
What was wrong with yours that made you post on a forum rather than get the shop/dealer/distributor to sort it for you?
No-one would take responsibility and I asked a genuine question (started off nice and polite) on the forum and got grief for it, even from a gent called Sterling....hence no MM products. The OP mentioned doing this in post #1, hence my reply.
