I bought mine off ebay.
There's plenty of bargains still available depending on which model you want.
I got a Traben Phoenix 5 in blood red plus gig bag and (non-Traben) hardcase for £300 inluding 2 day FedEx delivery and no import duty VAT to pay.
YMMV on the payment of duty and VAT.
Hi mate,
Can you please point me in the direction of who you bought your Phoenix from? I am looking at getting the same but in black. Did they also supply the hard case? Does it fit the Bass ok?
Thanks,
Jim.
Hello,
How much would you value a 1994 Warwick Streamer Stage 1 with Bartolini pickup, fully flightcased? I have seen the new ones on EBay for £1500, surely these '94 models are better than the new ones?
This one...
Thanks,
Jim.
Wil, do you have any sound clips of that Bass? What do all the knobs and switches do? Does it have a case? Does it suffer from neck dive? What condition is it in?
Sorry about all the questions!
That does look very nice but I am sold on the modern version in Black quilted maple. How does it play/sound etc? Why don't you want to keep it?
This is the one I want to get:
Nash, did you ever buy the Mockingbird? I have been looking at one of those in black for a while. From what I understand it suffers from the same neck dive as the T-Bird but this can be cured by moving the neck strap button. It is a lovely Bass, I will definately have one by the end of the year (if not sooner).
If you did buy one, what do you think?

Hi mate,
What have you used to mount the PSU on the left hand side and the power strip at the top? I need to do the same and the only thing I could think of was something like No-Nails...
Cheers,
Jim.
Hello,
Does anyone know if "Power AC 10V" actually means AC 10V or AC 9V? I am looking at a Euro rack unit and it says "Power AC 10V" on the back. I'm not sure if I've ever seen one before.
Thanks,
Jim.
Dave,
I'm sorry, I never thought of asking you about this. I assumed it would be the same as you other equipment. So it's a standard kettle lead power cable?
Cheers,
Jim.
