That's what sold me on it back in 1978 or thereabouts. The music was very new to me. I was more used to the Country & Western and showband music of Ireland where I lived at the time. It turned my head right around as I got deeply into it. Here it is.

Thanks for the link Owen. I had to bail having forced myself to watch two thirds the way through. I wanted to give him a fair shot because I have never enjoyed his style other than when he played with Joni Mitchell. I'm still not a fan of The Chicken or Portrait of Tracy. I'm probably not intelligent enough to appreciate their ilk. Sorry.

Welcome Mudsprout. I'll be honest with you. I have never heard anyone here ever say that. Okay. You'll need a four, probably a P. Then you will need a J to complement it. After that you might go in the direction of a fretless for each version. Don't despair however. You can go and do the whole thing again but this time with five stringers, then sixes, then... You'll get the hang of it, don't worry. Seriously though; Promise yourself an upgrade as a reward for when you achieve a goal you have set for yourself. Then you can say you have earned it.

Neither Jack nor I suffered in the slightest with the two AZ jabs. Strange how it affects people differently.
