  1. Beautiful! Those machine heads give the headstock a very clean look. I hadn't noticed previously how that style of tuning peg is independent of the headstock edge. Can we have some close-ups please?
  2. Welcome Drew.
  3. Who's hijacking who? ...and who's got the pizza? My trombone's empty.
  4. Sounds cosy. Avoids shed envy in the family.
  5. Welcome Stuart.
  6. Welcome Chris.
  7. Welcome Andy.
  8. No need to apologise. The slipper was a good idea. I'm just looking for cheap laughs. Thanks for the heads up. I have two paddle basses myself. A B2A and a Steiny Spirit V
  9. Nice. It's looking good.
  10. Welcome Dave.
  11. That's smashing! (Especially if you get the giant slipper included as I happen to have an enormous left foot.)
  12. Welcome Carol. I'm confident you will find someone here to advise you on how to use the site's marketing facilities.
  13. Have you used candle wax to lubricate the screw threads? It helps a lot.
  14. NOBODY has enough clamps. You can NEVER have enough clamps. There is NOTHING to be ashamed of.
  15. Although I like the way it looks now, I think it is a bit like seeing the wood grain in soft focus as they used to do with Holywood actresses. My preference would be to have a gloss finish that reveals the deep richness of the ebony. That's just me though.
  16. Welcome CB.
  17. Welcome Simon.
  18. Nice work Si. What size is it. It's hard to tell without something for reference.
  19. Welcome Dave.
  20. Welcome back Blue! Good to hear you aren't letting the grass grow.
  21. You say that as if cupping is a bad thing...
  22. I have a few. Most are remasters on Blu-ray audio rather than live and with A/V. In no particular order: Pink Floyd - The Endless River The Beatles - Eight Days a Week The Rolling Stones - Grrr! Genesis - Selling England by the Pound Supertramp - Crime of the Century The Beatles - 1 Bob Marley - Legend David Gilmore - Rattle that Lock Rogers Waters - The Wall
