The vibe was very good. As usual I got a burst of unexpected GAS. I find it very easy to persuade myself that I need "something different" from what I have, but I got to play a bunch of other stuff which were all lovely but came away thinking "I am happy with what I have".

To all the pres we've loved before, that travelled in and out our door........ If anyone wants to mess with the FRFR vibe but not shell out the $, then I have found Mackie SRM350 cabs to be remarkably capable and absolutely dirt cheap 2nd hand. Not full of dsp goodness, but all the other advantages of a small powered cab

Is anyone coming up from Brighton? If so, Toby Chennell who is building me this has said that he would be willing to release it into the wild for a weekend for me to mess with it while it is unfinished. He is stressing that we are still prototyping it and it is a work in progress. If there is no one then I will just have it couriered up to me.
