    Lots of people get edgy about shipping outside the UK. It is the easiest thing in the world. If Francesco wants to buy your kit then it will be a positive experience all round. Do it.

    Thing to convert 4 string P to 5 string. Is it a world beater? Prob not, but certainly interesting and you can revert back to 4 with no damage. Quite fancy trying it you know you do.

    Tired of carrying your full fat bass around. Take this one, light as a feather and full phat. D tuner on E string. Easy easy easy.

    Get custom moulded. Get them with a piece of string connecting them. That means they are round your neck so are instantly available and you will not lose them. Hearing damage is cumulative. Do not wait any more. If you have wandered into thia thread by accident and do not have earplugs do yourself a favour and just get some. Now is the time, not when it is too late.

    Flight cases are only cool when they are not moving or someone else is moving them. The Trifibre cases Russ has put up are fine and dandy for anything apart from going in the back or vans with lots of proper flightcases.

    Pretty rude, huh? I start a topic and then disappear. Thanks for all the suggestions - I will work through them. I have taken him out of band classes and and am now working with him on his own. To make it more exciting another member of the same class has proved himself to be equally disco-lexic. Deep joy.
