1. It works remarkably well. I would not go fighting with a drummerbut I never expected that. The sound it does make is balanced all the way down and it makes me happy.

3. Let's just get these out of my way. £190 - go go go! £190 Each musician gets their own section, with their own mix knobs to set their own levels and their own volumes. Dialing in the perfect mix is quick and easy with numbered, color-coded knobs, and quality live recordings are just a click away, making every jam session fun and productive. FOR 7 MUSICIANS. 7 XLR INPUTS, 7 - 1/4" INPUTS, AND 7 UNIQUE 1/4" HEADPHONE OUTPUTS. FEATURING ON-BOARD STEREO RECORDING, A USB RECORDING OUTPUT, 48V PHANTOM POWER, AND A METRONOME. 4. I did it all. I bodged it all, but it works very nicely for what I want. It does not have earth moving LF, but extends down in a consistant way and that is good enough for me. I did a rehearsal tonight and carried my amp in like a heavy handbag. Happy days. I have not put any wadding in there amd probably will not cos once something is functioning I am usually too lazy to do amything else to it. But if I did, what would I buy off ebay? TIA as ever.
5. If I ever ask anyone about advice where tools are to be used, can you remind me that I am clueless and should leave well alone? I finally screwed it all together this morning but did not fire it up as I am waiting for the silicone I used to plug the one screw hole which did not seat the T nut properly so it ate out the MDF in the spacer ring to dry.
6.
The late great James Honeyman-Scott https://youtu.be/ZbC8JltxSq8 And an immaculate lesson from Anyone Can Play Guitar https://youtu.be/PRvXTbuVm4s Eight bars of genius
I was thinking of Honeyman-Scott as well. I just listened to your link om Kid and was surprised to hear how Johnny Marr might have picked stuff up from him in the solo. I had not made the connection before. Of course, I could be wrong. I also lpve his playing im "Private Life" of the same album. In fact the whole album stands the test of time superbly. I would post a link to it but I am om my phone so cannot. If you like gritty and tasty then check out the first Pretenders album.
7. Very glad to hear that it has sold. I was persuading myself that I did not need it. I do not need it, but the persuading was not going well.
8. These are lovely cabs and light as a feather.
9. Not to hijack the thread, but I would like to broaden the question. I have a bass with dual J pickups. In 35 years of playing I have not used either pickup individually so it makes sense for me to go for one volume and be done with it. However in the back of my mind I recall that jazz pickups like to be loaded individually by individual pots. If they are loaded differently they still work but sound different. Am I talking garbage here? It would not be the first time.
10. Ritter Princess Isabella tailpiece for inspiration.
11. I know he is moving. He told me that he was not taking new work on until.he had moved. He makes a lovely bass.
12. Been there, done that. They are very nice. I bought it with money left over from my 2nd year university grant. Sorry kids.
13. This will sell when the time is right.
14.
I thought we were going for the Pink Leopard print.. ..
No, that would be vulgar.
15. Obviously the case will have an inset cut to shape and then lined in Leopard print fur.
16. If you have never owned one of these, you owe to yourself to do so once in your life.
Sold an amp to Ross in the smoothest of transactions. True gent! Deal with confidence. Thanks Ross!
Your transaction might have been smooth but I am certain that mine was the smoothest!
19. 1 bid now! An hour to go. Not my bid. If it had a RW board I would be struggling to not bid.
20. I have PM'd about the George L stuff as well.
