1. Spec and picture of a new one here. It is not in pristine condition but is in VGC. http://www.fender.com/en-GB/series/american-special/american-special-telecaster-maple-fingerboard-3-color-sunburst I will get pics of the actual axe up later. £550 to your door. Want it you know you do
2.
must sound awesome! I saw you were selling it a year or so back (serching Berg IP in sales section) but you changed your mind?
I keep thinking of selling but then realise that I am not going to get anything else close to it without schlepping an awful lot more kit around. I'm sure that I could be happy with one the newer uber 2x12 cabs, but for now I am staying put.
3.
Didn't Bergantino do powered cabs for a while with DSP? Their website doesn't have them listed anymore, I suppose the product line wasn't supportable in the market place.
I have a 3x 10" + Compression driver Berg powered cab (IP310). 1Kw powersoft amp module with full DSP. It is a thing of beauty. However it is proper old school thick wood and ceramic magnets to the max so weighs the same as a small house. All is forgiven when I plug it in though
4. Bump for please take this stuff off my hands.
5.
Me too.
Not all PA cabs are equal. I used a Mackie SRM450 for a few months. It ran out of headroom pretty quickly. It was great with the Mackie sub, but that is so heavy. Not to say the more recent generation of stuff is the same as things have moved on and properly set up DSP is superb. I will never enjoy my Double Bass live as much as I did when I was going through a d&b Audiotechnik rig. It was just sublime.
6. Thanks Clarky, I figured there was a way but thought it would be good to know before rather than after the event.
7. I have a piece of kit I want to send back to the manufacturer in the US for repair. Am I going to get smacked for taxes when it comes back in? TIA
8. http://demeteramps.us/index.php?route=product/product&path=62&product_id=92 Ouch
9. As an aside, Rothco + Frost do Allparts stuff cheaper than Allparts do them.
10. Lush. Good job!

12. I am a wiring numpty. I have NO idea what I am doing. John guided me through it and sent wiring maps and everything. Superduper.
13. I had one of these when I was young. Fearsome volume!
14. SKB gone. Gator still here. and price dropped to £40 to your door.
15. Bump for tidied up 1st post and the announcement that I am open to offers on the remaining stuff.
16. I also vote Kala. Does all you need, case is the size of a violin case (which is a novelty in itself) and the instrument is just so much fun.
17. Sid = most excellent.
18. I have a set of cheap and cheerful machine heads with small plates you can have for £14 to you door.
19. I love the back even more than the front. It is just a slab of open and honest wood. It is lush beyond. Don't misunderstand, the front is very nice.
20. Ugh! This is nuts. Right scale length, right pickups. Why is this still here?
