1. Go on then PM me your bank details if it is still here.
2. I have an Adrenalinn 3. It was no fun until I got some editing software. Now it is easy easy easy. There must be some editing software out there somewhere.
3. I bought the pedal and the Eprom. I put it all together. It works. I do not need it now because I have actually learnt the pedal (imagine that!) and it is fine on it's own for me. Mine is now for sale. http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=79559
4. This is a bit of a niche one here. I have a Behringer FB1010 with a custom Eprom thing to turn it into a dedicated Adrenalinn controller with no programming. It works fine, I just do not need it. I have the original Behringer Eprom if anyone fancies that instead. http://www.eurekasound.com/adrenaprom.html £100 Want it you know you do.
5. Bumping all my unsold kit to the top.
6. Just to be clear, I am not an agent and other than gettting a nice strap for half price I am not making any £ on this.
7. I have one taker so will order this evening. If anyone else fancies then all the other straps I order in a batch come out at $40ish + carriage + whatever the tax man his us with.
8. Hi y'all, I fancy a nice suede strap and noticed that Italia straps in the US are doing a buy one, get any other strap (any style) free offer until March 2nd http://www.italiastraps.com/new-sale-page.htm If anyone fancies going halves with me get in touch and I will put an order in by March the 2nd.
9. Sound seems to have been covered, but despite the individual design they are very comfortable to play, seated and standing. On mine the pick up was very close to the strings so almost acted as ramps. Really comfy. The nut on mine was pretty wide, possibly more P than Jazz dimensions. It was also very light. It was a nice piece of kit.
10. You cannot spell Bass without a B.

Clive Brown?

Thanks Loz, in the very few bits of info about Clive (first name terms now!) that there are on the net there seem to be oblique references to stuff he has built. Maybe I am misreading things. I have seen some pics of his work and it does indeed look very fine. (if anyone cares to discuss relics then, ummmm.... I do not. I am not buying for anyone else). It is probably something to do with my slightly tragic anorak completist traits as well. I think that my main pleasure in the more mature instrument comes from the fact that because I played on a beaten up Jazz for so long I just got used to not having to look after the instrument I am playing. Since I moved to 5 strings MANY years ago this changed but I have been playing some older 4's recently and just MASSIVELY enjoy not having to care about whether it is hitting the arm of the chair, whether my coat zip is damaging the finish or how close is that shelf. The Alleva stuff looks very fine indeed, and would probably tick all my sonic boxes, but I also crave a bass that I do not need to cherish and nurture.

Clive Brown?

I am going through a bit of an older bass phase (what I really want is a pre-CBS 5 string Jazz and P with 35" scale). Next week I might change, who knows? Clive Brown is a name which comes up at the very outer reaches of Google regarding building nice old Fenders, but can I get any solid info on the man? Can I heck. It is probable that he just does not need the publicity etc that the WWW would offer him, he is probably ticking along nicely with a dedicated fan base. Does anyone have any more info on him?

Waldorf Pulse Plus

Hmmm it seems that a lot of the Dave Smith stuff has analogue ins on them. I will delve further. Thanks.
14.
Ireland for the Grand Slam!!! (again!)
Quel domage!
15. I have set up an OC2->Syb5 (with mod pedal)->G5->Adrenalinn signal chain. There are so many options my head is hurting. I have come up with some SUPERB sounds, but it is all so randomly chaotic that I don't really know that I could rely on finding them when I need them. Has anyone messed with a Waldorf Pulse Plus? It is a monophonic 2U rackmount analogue synth but has an analogue input so that we could plug our basses in and use all the filterage in there. It has 40 user presets. I find this idea of gettting a great sound and then being able to access it when needed strangely alluring.
16. Why has nobody bought this? Eh? Eh?
17. Put the useless monster styrofoam case on Ebay. I flogged one for £220 there. It will make the bass seem EXTRA bargainous.
18. OK, perhaps the offer of violence was a bit over enthusiastic.
19. JS Bach's bass lines rule EVERYONE else's bass lines. EVER. I will fight anyone who says differently.
20. Flightcases are cool if your stuff is going in the hold and then in a van and you meet it at the gig. SKB bass safe is cooler if it goes in the hold and then you move stuff around at the other end cos you put you bass in a gig bag in the bass safe and then move around with a gig bag at the other end.
21. Bump for P4 having left the building.
22. It is still here and is the full kit
Hi, Do you still have the EMG P setup for sale - if so I would love to buy (BTW, does it come with the pots and socket as well as the loom?)
