    I had an Audere in a Kingston with the original pickup. I should never have changed it. Idiot I am. The low Z setting spoke with the voice of thunder.

    My experience with my NS was that changing strings changed the sound, but changing bridge height was pretty radical as well. I went to a set of Inno Honeys with a jacked up bridge and it was literally like a different instrument.

    If it was not metallic orange with a matching headstock, I would consider it. I am so shallow, I will confess publically that I bought it primarily for the colour. The fact that is is nice to play and sounds good is a double bonus.

    It's the neck. Just fabulous. I have actually owned a full fat US one back in the day but was not as neck aware at the time so missed it. I am kicking myself now.

    One appeared on Ebay and went for £350 recently. Bargainous. But they are really nice and people hold onto them.

    I own a six string. It makes my head spin. If anyone wants a top quality Overwater 6er give me a nod.

    I went to see the local luthier who owns a cnc machine today. He reckons he can CNC a drop on replacement. Time will tell. If so, I guess he could fabricate any kind of tuner button. Could be a market for him there.
