What’s with the Butterfly inlay? Bit of Fodera inspiration there?

What a difference in colour between the pictures, first is more “natural” and second is more of a “yellowed tint”. Is that just the difference between picture quality or is it actually more of a yellow in daylight?

So 93 was the first year of production for the Sterling if I’m not mistaken, there was only a year of them with mutes

I had a 94 Sterling with the same switch. Although it’s strange to me that if this is a 90’s Sterling why no bridge mutes? 🤔
