1.
MB1. Hipshit Ultralights?......Cure that Neckdive NOW!
Hipshit ultralights became hipshot on target for me curing my neckdive on my bass
2. I bought a new bass which came with these Gotoh tuning keys, they are x2 right (bass side) and x2 left (treble side), suitable for necks that have 2 tuners on each side of the neck. These tuning keys gave my new bass neckdrive so i decided to go for a set of Hipshit ultralights which have solved my neckdive issue Now i no longer need these Gotoh tuners. They are in mint condition, no wear what so ever. I will be sending them out by recorded delivery as i have my doubts about not posting recorded as i've sent something out before by 1st class and it didn't get to the person =/ So yes! recorded delivery, insured and tracking number! I have taken pictures of the set below and the brown box is what i will be sending the tuning keys in This was the box that came with the Ultralights, if they have made it across the ocean perfectly, im sure they will arrive perfectly to you as well. The measurements are 3/8" string post which fits common "mini peg" applications. (9/16" head stock hole required) They also have a tuning ratio of 20:1. They also come with mounting screws. I'm selling the set for £23 inc. 1st recorded delivery. If anyone has any questions or want more pictures, just give me a shout. Thanks for looking.

6.
I tried one of these out recently and was mightly impressed for it's price
Bass has served me well, no problems what so ever, the on-board EQ pre-amp is nice and easy to adjust, if i want a nice slap sound, a quick turn on the mid knob and there i have it, also mine is even cheaper than the retail prices
7. Will also throw in a Gotoh 201 direct replacement bass bridge in chrome worth £25 - £30 for whoever buys this bass off me bump!
8.
Got any pics dude? Si
Yup! Here some pictures i took an hour ago. My finger points out the hairline crack, don't know if you can see it properly. I took the neck off and checked if the crack goes through the wood and i can say it doesn't. Last two pictures are taken with flash, realised the pictures were too bright after taking two pictures, but i just thought i'd include them in this post anyway. Bass is very clean all round.
9. Whao!!! What's going on here?!?! I just went on interparcel.com and parcel2go.com and they have quoted me £30 and £40 for shipping for a parcel that is 25 KG! Yesterday, Parcel force quoted me £80 and DHL quoted me around £120. Do interparcel.com and parcel2go.com have special discounts with these big companies or something? =/ I don't want to buy the £30 or £40 options yet because these sound too cheap when others have quoted me a much higher price =S
10. Hey all! Does anyone know how much it costs to ship an Ibanez SR885 5-string bass guitar with a gig bag to Sweden? The whole package weighs about 11 KG. Tried to estimate it on the parcelforce website but it's confusing =/ Thanks all!
11. Selling my Fender deluxe active 4-string jazz bass guitar in pursue to purchase a Fender MIJ jazz bass. Specs. of the bass can be found here: http://www.fender.com/products/search.php?partno=0136760309 Bass is in MINT condition apart from a hairline finish crack on the heel neck joint where the neck bolts onto the body, it is just a laquer crack, it DOES NOT go through the wood. Received the bass like this, didn't affect the playability of the bass so didn't bother sending it back, besides would of costed me to send it back and then wait for another bass, i simply have no patients! lol Bass hasn't let me down, ungigged, only used for home practice, no other damages that i can see on the bass. Fender deluxe gig bag is included with manual, tags, truss rod and allen wrench to adjust the bridge. Bass will be sent in it's original brown cardboard box which was how it was sent to me in the first place (I knew it was the right choice not to throw it away) Selling this bass for £300 (R.R.P £475) My loss, your gain (Still need to dig up another £130 for a MIJ fender =( ) Thanks for looking!
12. At the moment i have a MIM Active Deluxe Fender Jazz bass, might consider selling it and buying a Fender Aerodyne P/J bass instead... before i make this decision final, just want to ask has anyone actually A/B'ed both basses together? Which bass cuts through better... i mean the fender MIM deluxe would cut through more IMO if the aerodyne doesn't have a P pickup and IMO doesn't a P-pickup cut through better than jazz pickups? Like giving it a more meaty sound? Then you got the whole Alder Vs. Bassword as nearly all comments i've read, Alder cuts through better than Bassword because of the more defined mids in the wood. Discuss. Thanks all
