3. They are pretty robust..... I've been using two live for the past 5 years and never had an issue. I'd love to see his set up for this and which settings he finds most useful.
 4. Hi.... Odd I've not seen a message on this since the original one.... Can you try re-sending it?
 5.
This thread has been done before. Trujillo is a great player. Would metallica hire a slouch? The Nashville country players ate great. Try playing that stuff with the right feel. The only player I think that gets way too much praise is Peter Hook.
Beat me to it....

 11.
Which reminds me; A sympathetically chosen set of strings can make all the difference. (Sympathetic to both your playing style and the bass itself, of course.)
Absolutely..... 35-120 for me on a 5er
 12.
I find when slapping there is much less punch on the low B string. Can't seem to get it to feel alive. Thought it might be the way i strung it but no. This happen for other folk?
Mate you should try a Status.... no difference at all between strings.
 13. I had one of the very first 612 cabs that Tech produced and I cannot remember hearing such a cab since..... Wish I had seen this earlier.....

 17. Make sure you use that spell check before you submit
 18. They wouldn't use a '57 for testing as that would cause too much heat in the amp and cause overheati................... Oh wait!
 19.
Dont get the wrong idea, Im not Mr safety conscious but be very careful with it. Use it outside if you can. Nasty stuff to breath in or get in your eyes!
I'd be pointing the Nozzle away from your face
 20.
Hyperactive by Thomas Dolby. If I could just nail that opening bass lick and then get a band to play it...
we used to play 'Hot Sauce'.....
 21.
Will you be resurrecting the 100W PA amp too? My band used on in a rehearsal this week with a pair of 1x12 cabs and it sounded superb!
We have something better 500 Watts RMS
 22. I'm doing a couple with a band I'm currently depping with. Pub gig on the Sunday and a Street Party headlining with 8 other bands on the Monday
 23.
Oh My Word. I can't believe my favourite little combo lives again. I played through a Studio 60 Bass Baby for many years. Replaced it with a Trace 1215 but that never had the same warmth. I am now on my second Studio 60 and was playing through it just last weekend. Recently replaced some of the pots courtesy of MAJ Electronic. Attached is a pic. I'm currently recording with a 74 Jazz in a studio in Glasgow (but hate the Ashdown amp that's there) and have a MarkBass 801 that I use for home practice. My Bass Baby is at my other place in Northern Ireland. I would love love love to try the Studio 60. Couldn't quite believe my eyes when I saw your signature! CB
Cheers CB.... Can I use that pic for our facebook page? Make sure you send me your request to try the SB60...... Nearly at a point where it will start to happen now. MAJ look after repairs and spares for the old HH range. Jay
