    +1 I’m so glad I stumbled on this. I went to a vintage instrument place in Cheltenham and they didn’t even have a bass amp. The basses all need setting up too. Some of them were terrible - strings at different heights, alsorts...... I was really surprised. I should’ve took out a screwdriver and adjusted them myself......!!! To make it worse, matey just sat there opposite, watching me. That grips me, I’ll tell you. Give a bloke 5 minutes peace with an instrument. I wish they had a few private rooms in Bass Direct actually. I love it up there but it’s tight.
