    Incredible bass! I love mine! You are a little off on the current retail price though - you need to add 950€ for the 5 string broadneck option, then 610€ for the (what I assume are)passive Barts! So that's a rather horrifying 8839,00€ retail - which makes your price seem even more of a bargain!!! GLWYS

    I had a similar issue with an Aria Pro II bass. I found a break in the wire on the actual pickup - thankfully it was on the outside of the windings. I simply unwound the broken wire enough to connect it to the terminal, carefully shaved off the enamel coating and soldered it to the terminal. Worked perfectly after that. Obvious won't help you if your pickup is potted or you can't see a break in the windings.

    This! I've had a bottle for at least 5 years and it's not even half empty after about 30 fretboard and one very very thirsty large oak coffee table.

    Wow that sounds like a lot of work. Why do you clean your frets so often? Or do you just have a lot of basses? I've cleaned many a fret and fretboard and find using 00 grade steel wool works wonders for both. Here's one I did recently(before applying the finishing touch of lemon oil)

    Hello All, So I recently moved from UK to Germany and I am looking for advice please in terms of shipping basses from Germany to outside the EU - mainly the UK and USA. From the UK you could ship a bass in a hardcase to the USA for about £120 and then purchase insurance from a broker for an additional £35. Here in Germany the options seem very limited and extremely expensive- from 350€ upto 450€!!! If anyone has any info on cheaper shipping options and insurance brokers in Germany I would be very grateful. Thanks

    Awesome Thumb! The neck sounds completely fine - I guess it is currently setup with no or very little relief and as such, once the tension from the strings is removed, the tension from the truss rod will naturally bow the neck backwards slightly. As long as there is still movement in the truss rod to increase the relief (ie. You can slacken the tension in the truss rod) then all is as it should be.

    Actually I think you are correct, especially considering they both have the Bart soapbars which are rare. Yes it is sad but rather inevitable I guess. Who knows, maybe one day the brand will be revived...

    That is a very nice Corvette! Lovely Bubinga body and Wenge neck and fretboard. Until late 90s was considered a great era for Warwick so this would fit in there nicely. The grain on the back of the body is just gorgeous and really highlights the lovely body contours. Im sure the front is great as well just the photos are not the best quality hint hint...😝

    Upping their game or rather returning to their form of the late 80s and early 90s. Had a 5 string NT thumb before and loved it,even though it was from 2000. Still have my 90s Streamer Stage 1 broadneck and love it. A broadneck, NT Thumb, I can only imagine! Though my 40th is coming up so who knows....

    Lovely looking bass for what seems to me to be a great price for such a high quality instrument! Build quality seems to be top notch - that neck joint looks tighter than a duck's ....!

    I've used Reverb for years and always had excellent customer service from them. I recently had to upload photo ID too but no qualms with this. You also have to prove to Reverb that you are the account holder of the bank account linked to your Reverb account. Given this is where the cash from the sales you make on Reverb ends up, it seems completely fair and logical that Reverb need this info. Pretty sure this will only become more commonplace in the not too distant future...

    Considering the nut is brass and is cut to match the break angle, actually nothing could go wrong.

    Remarkably similar but I don't believe it's the same bass. The finish on mine is not as translucent as that sadly. That said, that ad is 6 years old so maybe the finish has become less translucent as its aged? Not sure if that is a real thing though lol
