Looking at the Fodera AJ6 Presentation in the FS section i cant help but wonder why Fodera go to all the trouble and expense oh using extremely figured woods for the top of this bass, have it completely uncluttered with any controls but dont mount the jack on the side of the body! Just seems crazy to me. Also, it ain't exactly cheap but they can't go to the trouble of a matched wood cavity cover? I'm not trying to stinky poo on the bass or the seller as I'm sure it's a killer bass but when I see stuff like this from one of the most respected bass companies in the world I am left scratching my head a bit...

I find it has a somewhere sour note

you may find the lemon oil is absorbed quickly into the fretboard - this eems to be the case with my Wenge fretboards. If this happens just keep reapplying until it isnt absorbed so quickly and then just wipe off any excess with a piece of kitchen roll.

I welcome your new word and looking at the picture you posted, would also propose craftsmanshit be added to the list

Re-vamping my Warwick Corvette Pro 5

Nice work on the hardware change. My OCD wouldnt allow this though as I would have to change the tedur JAN III for a brass one as they sound a lot better IME. One thing to check though - your intonation. Ive setup a dozen or so different warwicks and never ended up with saddles that close to the tail piece (ie the E and B saddles)
